Easy place to chill. Could do with bigger swimming pool area. Breakfast was very good for thai food and fresh fruit. Staff didn't speak English but this was no problem at all as we used Google translate

The pool area js very nice, the bedroom has a nice size and well maintained and the hotel is very close to the beach.

Wifi signal is terrible inside the bedroom. Didn’t work at all during my stay.

Myself and two friends spent our first 3 nights in Thailand at Silver Sand and really enjoyed our stay! The two double rooms were spacious, clean and they put us next door to each other which was appreciated. The hotel is walking distance to the main strip and Kata Beach. The reception ladies were friendly and helpful and we managed to communicate any issues via google translate. They also let us take beach towels out free of charge which was great. The breakfast buffet was really good with a nice range of fruit, cereals, pastries and cooked dishes. Pool was also decent too. Would stay here again!

A clean hotel in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants as well as both Kata and Karong beaches. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. lovely pool area.

The hotel was clean, fresh, easy to use and convenient. The staff were friendly and kind. The cleaning was always well done and on time. The property had a lovely pool and good social area.

The bed was very hard and bouncy, we struggled to sleep on it. The staff only spoke basic English and we struggled to discuss a few issues we had during our stay. Might be best to message the hotel via the website to get a written reply.

Good price/quality ratio. Good position, time to Kata Beach about 6 minutes. Near 7/11 and pharmacies. Great staff. You can get beach towels.

Strange breakfast system: you can get pineapples only if you come to breakfast in certain time. The same with other fruits.

Great location, room clean, great price

Bed was very uncomfortable We asked the staff to stay an extra night and they basically said no (think maybe was a language barrier), so we had to rebook on booking.com and then we asked if we could keep the same room, was told yes- only to then find out there was a mix up and we were meant to change room! It was sorted quickly enough though.

Locations stunning, service excellent, anomalies were of high standard..

Room servicing can improve especially the toilet paper and towels, please look into topping those up daily. Bigger mugs/cups for coffee in the morning please very important. Depending on where you stay the walk to and from breakfast can be tideous. Parking is far from where you will be staying.

Fare price consider the location and rooms size.

The hotel is built like a long train. The place is lacking style, spirit, design, peng shuei, and energy. If your idea is to spend time at the hotel, then stay away.

The young receptionist - who was kind othervise - didn't speak English, instead used a translater program, which sometimes is OK, but not at a reception! We wanted to pay for a late check out, and she undersood that we want refound.
