😊 My stay here was wonderful. My room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. The bed was by far the most comfortable of my entire Southeast Asia trip. I slept fantastically every night. I had a balcony with a small private garden full of blooming flowers, and it was so peaceful to sit out there and unwind. The staff were all kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location couldn’t be better: just across the street and around the corner is access to Kata Beach. There’s a 24-hour 7-Eleven just a few doors down, along with small local market with fresh, delicious, inexpensive food. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and convenient stays of my trip. Highly recommended.

Honestly, not one bad to say about the hotel itself. The only small thing I’ll mention for future guests (no fault of the hotel) is that many of the sit-down restaurants in the area were quite pricey. Luckily, there’s a great little market just a few doors to the south of the hotel, with incredibly inexpensive, hot food. Excellent for meals and snacks. I just wish I’d found it earlier in my stay.

We appreciate the very friendly Check-In at your hotel. The reception and the bellboys were good educated and transfer the spirit of your house. The room was comfortable. We appreciate the directly pool access. Also the room maid make her job very well. Everything was perfect. The restaurant and the food was excellent. We congratulate your Headwatress. She was every time up to date and made her job with a great smile. Good to have, so nice and friendly staff at your hotel.

The Coffee in this hotel was terrible and you cannot drink it. This is very sad for breakfast. My friend from Switzerland stayed over one month at your hotel. As he drink absolutely no alcohol your boss and the FB-Manager was not able to buy alcoholic free beer for him. In a case like this, about our meaning a very bad service.

The location of this hotel was excellent with restaurants, shops and beach all within easy walking distance. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. Our room was large and well equipped. The bathroom had a bathtub and separate shower with good water pressure. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly. There is an onsite restaurant, the food was excellent and waiting staff greeted you with a smile.

Pool area although clean, looked tired and could have done with more loungers and umbrellas.

Great location, so close to the centre of kata beach and restaurants. Good size room ( deluxe pool view ). Bed is big. Tinted glass windows. Great curtains with good block out. Very quiet surroundings.

Shower pressure is average. Bed is a bit hard. Breakfast is pretty average.

The Hotel was in an excellent location, you walked down a short driveway to reach reception then the rooms were beyond that so it was very quiet. It was situated in the middle of the shopping area, so there was plenty of access to eateries. The beach was about 150 metres from the Hotel. We had a room that large with a King size bed, our room had pool access which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. My husband and I will be coming back to stay again.

A bit of variety in the breakfast would have been nice.

Pool was great! Exceptionally clean - we saw it being cleaned and tested regularly while we were there for our 12 night stay. Location is perfect, very close to beach access and eating places. The room was comfy, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and their english was mostly very good. 24 hour reception was handy for our late arrival. There was a receptionist or concierge available at all times, so we felt very secure and safe. Particularly happy that the doors closed well, and there were no mosquitos - a big issue in some other hotels. There was a security safe available in our room. The restaurant staff were friendly, and the breakfast was different every day, and delicious.

We prefer to clean and service our room ourselves, wherever we go. We didn't get a very good response from the cleaning staff when we permanently kept the do not disturb sign on the door. I understand they want to make sure there is nothing dodgy going on, but the head housekeeper was quite rude when she insisted to be let in (which we didn't have a problem with). This was our only (minor) negative experience during our stay.

Breakfast was disappointing compared to other (similar) places that we’ve stayed. Not a lot of options and some choices seemed a bit ‘stale’.

Great location only a block away from the beach and close to some nice bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is really nice. They gave us towels to use for the beach/pool on top of the shower towels which was handy.

There is a very small step between the bathroom and the room that you’re not expecting and we both hit off it coming out of the bathroom. The bed, though comfortable, was on a wooden raised platform that made it a little awkward to get in and out of the bed.

Staff were very pleasant. Rooms were large and comfortable. The room blocks are set back from the street and so were very quiet. Breakfast was included in our rate and we had plenty of choice each morning. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars.
