Property was very clean and ambience was warm and comfortable. Helene is a wonderful host and if you are lucky you get a nice shot prepared by Helene herself. You can also treat yourself to some delicious French cuisine in the Bistro downstairs. All in all a very comfortable stay and a great value for money

First things first..the mattress at Helene's is the best, felt like sleeping on a cloud. After all the hard beds of Thailand, this was pure bliss. Rooms are cured in every detail and the shower had the perfect pressure. Adding to this, our room had a lovely balcony with a garden view, nice and relaxing. But most important Helene is a treasure! She's a welcoming host that helped us with any needs (from adding more nights to our stay, to renting a scooter), plus..she's an incredible chef! Next to the guest house you can find her bistro, an absolute treat!

Beautiful room. Such a comfortable bed. Sunny balcony with a table and chairs. The room was cleaned every day except for Sundays. Water was provided everyday too. Great to have a kettle and there was tea and coffee also topped up each day. The walk to the beach was only about 10-15 minutes away. Over the road was an amazing Thai restaurant the Chai Thai that served delicious meals at very good prices.

Absolutely loved our stay at this guest house! The room was clean and comfortable, everything seemed quite new. We had a room with a view to the street so there was some traffic but it wasn't a problem since we slept with the AC working and closed the balcony doors. The AC functioned properly. Most of all we appreciated the location, it's really great: Kata and Kata Noi beaches within reach by foot, 7-11 shop in 10 minutes and lots of really authentic restaurants around with moderate pricing. We also visited Bistrot Helene and savoured Helene's cooking. Immense thanks to Thibault and Helene for their hospitality and such a great place to stay on Phuket!

Once or twice noticed a slight stench from the bathroom but it went away very quickly with open window. Also cannot say the cleaning was super thorough, although generally it was ok :)

Helene’s guest house was amazing treat for our stay in Phuket. The hosts were lovely all the time with us, always ready to help us with any problems or questions. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we had a very nice balcony with a stunning view! In a very good location, walkable distance to kata beach and main center but still quiet enough to enjoy a good night of sleep! Couldn’t recommend more and we would book again 100%

Super comfortable room, nothing to complain, just a suggestion of a revamp of some of the furniture, but really comfortable stay!

Helene and Joubert? were very friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, 2 free bottles of water everyday. I was on the top floor which although was a bit of a climb after a few beers, it was very quiet. The big double bed was without doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (big up :-). I would have no hesitation in booking here again. Thank you again Helene for a fabulous stay.

Rooms that are on the opposite site of the road have a nice view to nature and to the mountains. Also the fact that the rooms have very high ceilings give you this nice spacious feeling. There is also nice attention for the details in the room decoration and facilities.

Double booking caused some issues as I had to organise something else with very short notice (for the first night).

We would like to express our deep gratitude to dear Helen! she is the best host you could ask for! very friendly and attentive, she will help to resolve any issue. The hotel itself is very nice, cozy and clean. All equipment works properly, the bed is comfortable, linen is snow-white, the cleaning is very thorough every day. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.

Helene and her staff are wonderful. Our check in kept being delayed because of our travel, and yet it wasn’t an issue. Helene was very kind and a gracious host. The garden view room was perfect as the street was quite busy, even at night.

It’s good to know that the street side rooms are quite loud, even throughout the night.

The location is great as it's minutes walking to kata beach and the main streets. Everything was clean, comfortable and host was very kind. The place is accurate with the pictures!

There were a bit of muddy smell but nothing too serious. Once you turn on the aircon it disappears. I'll totally stay at this place again!
