Although the hotel is not right next to Kata Beach, it is very close. It is a ten-minute walk to Kata Beach. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service to the beach. The room is very clean and warm, like home. We stayed two nights in a room with balcony and had a great experience. The soundproofing of the room is also great. The food in the Italian restaurant downstairs is also very good, although I prefer the cheap and good Thai restaurant diagonally across from the hotel.

The room.was very nice as in the picture! The room has a small balcony with a table, couple chairs and also a dryer rack, very convenient to dry out swimwear after the beach. And the big surprise is that we can see the Buda on top of the mountain from.the balcony and even from the bed! Owner and his wife are very nice and friendly! The place is close to Kata beach very convenient, even after an all.day tour trip, I could still.walk to the beach to relax and watch the sunset! Perfect! I really enjoyed my stay at Casa e Mare!

Great location with a variety of restaurants, shops etc at your fingertips and a short 10 min walk to kata beach. The owners and staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful, providing you with all information on arrival of what’s available from the hotel e.g. transport to beaches, bike hire etc. The room was cleaned daily and fresh bottles of water also provided each day! Comfy bed and a lovely view of the big Buddha from the balcony and best of all the shower was separated from the toilet which is a novelty in Thailand! Excellent stay, would recommend!

The hotel is a quiet little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the area. It has everything you need, and there are plenty of parking spaces across the street. Our room was stylish and very functionally furnished, and it was always cleaned excellently. The bed was very comfortable. Furthermore, we didn't notice any of the surrounding noise, so we slept very well. Moreover, the owners and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The heavy traffic in the area and the overcrowded beaches.

We liked a lot the cleanliness. On top of that you get cleaning daily and clean towels and water. You also get towels for the beach for free and quick transport The owner is also very helpful and always available. You get a feel of psychical comfort here.

the AC is loud. Needs revision. Difficult to sleep with it, can't sleep without it The towels are clean, frequently changed but of a very low quality. The bathrooms need revision also. Unexpectedly for the price paid.

The bed was so comfortable, the room was so clean & the view from the balcony was fantastic- lots of palm trees and jungle! Just a 5-10 minute walk from Kata beach which is stunning! And the hotel provides a free shuttle to Karon or Patong beach too! The hotel owners were so friendly and happy to help with any questions we had! Just across the road, there were two great restaurants serving really delicious vegetarian/vegan food- one called Chai Thai & one next door (I forget the name of this one but it served Indian and Thai food!)

We booked because of excellent reviews and they were absolutely right. From a friendly welcome right through our stay everything was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant with the best croissant for breakfast to the best carbonara my husband has ever tasted, even better than mine! We had a small problem with our shower head, but that was sorted out very quickly. The reviews are spot on and we would love to stay there again.

A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Beautiful room, beautiful view. The owner and staff were very friendly and cheerful everyday. Walking distance to the beautiful Kata Beach (~7-8 mins). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and back from the beach. The hotel-restaurant has good Italian food. We got the Eggplant Parmigiana which was delicious. Daily housekeeping, humongous bed, elevator available, good food, close to a beautiful beach, great customer service - perfect hotel!

Water pressure in the shower needs a little improvement.

The hosts went above and beyond to make our time comfortable, enjoyable, and completely hassle-free. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and ensured all our needs were met. The location proved perfect - it was walking distance to the lovely Kata Beach. The free shuttle service to other stunning nearby beaches was extremely convenient as well. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all necessary amenities. After long days exploring, it was a pleasure to return to the comfort of our room. An unexpected bonus was the outstanding Italian restaurant located right on the property. We loved having the opportunity to enjoy delicious pizza, pasta, wine, and more. And our dog, Golden Retriever, was also warmly welcomed. This accommodation made our trip with a pet easy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend Case E Mare for any type of traveler - couples, families, groups of friends, and pet owners alike. And we will certainly be returning in the future!
