Room setup, closeness to fitness street (scooter needed), clean, service and the super positive attitude of the staff.

It’s not a luxury hotel but great value for money and the nicest hotel in the fitness street area. Room service was sometimes a bit slow, but made up for it with a very positive attitude.

I stayed at Coco Retreat Phuket at the end of January and absolutely loved every moment of it. The resort is beautifully designed, peaceful, and surrounded by nature – a perfect place to unwind and recharge. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile – they truly made me feel at home. The whole atmosphere of the place is calm and welcoming, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Phuket.

Beautiful hotel, 3 wonderful pools, the restaurant on-site which served really great thai food. Laudry service was efficient. Some employees really shine with their friendliness and courteous approach.

The fitness room needs some serious upgrades. There’s construction around the site which made walking a bit precarious. Service was uneven; some staff members were a bit rude at times. In certain rooms the a/c points directly at the bed which is an issue when the weather is warmer.

Cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, pools, a delicious restaurant, massages, yoga with a stunning view, and the best part – the people! They always helped with any issues, from transfers and finding a SIM card to locating a currency exchange in the city. Absolutely responsive, kind, lovely staff, but especially, my great love - Aung! At any time of day or night, she can solve any issue in seconds! Kind, empathetic, with the best human qualities! Our conversations were always interesting! I not only relaxed in such a wonderful place but also gained friends! Next time, I'm only going to Coco!

Everything was amazing! The front desk was helpful, kind, and friendly. The laundry service was fast and efficient. I appreciate this hotel’s fast and reliable services ! The rooms were cleaned daily, the views of the pools were pleasant as well. The massages here are phenomenal. Felt relaxed and distressed after. I genuinely loved this hotel! Will come back next year ! Highly recommend!

I love everything about this hotel, no complaints.

All over very nice hotel/resort with very good value for money. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, quite unmatched even for Thai standards. The room was everything you expected and the resort itself looks super nice. If you are looking to train Muay Thai, the place has several gyms in the vicinity, quickly reachable by scooter. I would definitely book again.

The location isn’t super central, but perfectly manageable by renting a scooter!

The staff were all excellent. The food healthy and delicious, and it was a 10 minute walk to fitness street. (Side road by titan fitness leads to where the building work is going on next to the hotel). The hotel has a cross fit area with small group classes which looked good but sadly we didn’t have time to use.

I love how attentive and caring the staff were which showed concern on various days after I injured myself. Also, I love the superb accommodation.

The location of the peaceful resort would be better if there were convenience stalls and other restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was varied and of high quality.

The location is a fair walk to any of the hot spots though these are easily accessible by motorbike/taxi. However as a result of this the local area is very quiet and peaceful.

Pool was fantastic, rooms were spacious . Good food next door at the restaurant , staff mostly helpful.

The room that I had purchased - the photos were incorrect and I was charged more on arrival for this room . Ie - three beds - had to pay more for a room with three beds. I expressed this picture needs to be changed as it’s misleading Toilet did get blocked but this was fixed within 5 minutes
