Lovely hotel, swimming pool and loungers tend to lose the sun around 4pm. Has a restaurant/cafe attached which is reasonably priced. NB you have to spend 500 baht to use your card which is quite difficult. There are a small selection of shops, ATMs nearby inc a 7 eleven. NB ATM will charge 400baht to withdraw money, if possible use one of the banks when exploring. Unless you have a scooter or means of transport I think anywhere including The Lake Chalong is remote for exploring. Grab is a good app to use for taxis, they work the same as Uber and you don’t need to pay cash.

Air con was weak, and not central to the bed so depending on which side you slept it could be hot or cool.. Hairdryer was weak however most are, though saved on packing one in an already crammed bag.

The hotel is super friendly, very good location, just a few steps away from the famous Wat Chalong and beside a water reservoir. The staff is lovely and happy to help with everything. The common area and swimming pool are nice and clean, sunchairs, and outdoor sofas are also available. The restaurant is Thai mainly, dishes look appetizing and are delicious too.

Our room was still unfinished, with signs that it was quickly built or renovated. We had to complain about the room facilities, it was not as advertised, but the staff took care of our requests and resolved everything in a few days. They offer menu sets for breakfast only; there is one western and four Thai styles; remember that it becomes boring after a longer stay if you include breakfast with your booking.

Wonderful welcome. The staff are so friendly. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. A nice small shallow pool. Good breakfast. Short walk to small shops and pharmacy.

You need taxis to get everywhere or hire a bike. It can be quite hairy. If you download 'Bolt or Grab', the taxis are very reasonable. Southern Phuket is incredibly busy. In the room, there's no cutlery and not even a cloth to wipe down kitchen surfaces.

The facility features a large swimming pool in the garden area, with a stunning view of trees and a lake in the background. The restaurant section is a cozy and charming space.

It was quite disruptive to have ongoing renovation work while inside the facility. Additionally, the gaps around the bathroom windows allowed a view from outside, which was uncomfortable.

This hotel is nice location nearby the lake, we has booked family room with breakfast . The room condition everything are nice and good furniture as well , but only one thing made us lost expectation is the room smells it’s was terrible like some dried small animals or bad smelling from fungus in the wooden furnitures or room walls because they put us in the room under swimming pool area, Staff are friendly, especially a girl from the reception,she’s trying to fixing this problem for us , but not much choice for us in the night checking in , on the rest is perfect, nice food , good breakfast from the lake views , Best regards

Room smells is need to fix

This hotel offers excellent amenities, including spacious and clean rooms with a cozy ambiance. The staff provides exceptional service, and guests can enjoy the convenience of an on-site pool and restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and inhabited by many locals.

It's situated close to the lake but not directly along the main road. However, not all windows have blinds, so at night, the streetlight shines through some of them.

This is the most relaxing spot in Chalong! I can definitely recommend the hotel to everyone. The check-in process was quite smooth, the staff is very helpful and speaks good English.The rooms are quite spacious and well-lit, the level of cleanliness is amazing and the pool and lake nearby are just a piece of heaven!

The staff was all fantastic but one stuck out! who went above and beyond 😊 the girl on reception who got our taxi to the next location. I didn't get her name, but she was so lovely.

Prices are very high now and doesn't feel like your getting the best deals anymore.

I really enjoyed comfortable bed and nice interior of the hotel. Stuff is nice and friendly, neighborhood is safe and quiet (except rooster waking up you from 5 am😅))
