The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The swimming pool is big and very clean, however we did not use it during our stay. If we stayed longer we would have loved a dip! It's open 24/7 for guests. The room is very big so a lot of space for luggage. Nice private balcony available too.

The AC didnt really seem to blow cold air, only the fan working. The was occasional power-cuts, but I believe this is a regional issue. It would get very hot during that time so need to somehow be prepared for that. Overall the room and bathroom is very basic... nothing special or fancy.

Great stay at Naka Resort 🌺🌴 If you are looking for a cozy accommodation outside of the hustle and bustle you are right here. You feel welcomed from the minute of arriving and you will find a place that is clean, modern, quiet and lush green. Your host Faii will go the extra mile to make you feel like home. Nice breakfast, clean and spacious room and a refreshing swimming pool. Within 5 minutes by car or motorbike you will reach Kamala with a long beach and city centre with market, restaurants, massage saloons, dive shops, etc. Also Patong beach is easy accessible within a short ride. By walking distance you will find a little supermarket. The host and the family will help you with any kind of request and tour booking. I wish I could stay longer but I will come back.

The breakfast and food were adequate. The hotel has a beautiful garden that is lovingly maintained. It provides shade for the beautiful pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is well maintained. The staff are very polite and always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The house maids even provided chocolates to all the rooms on valentines day and the hotel was beautifully decorated with hearts. We recommend this hotel very highly

The hotel is a little far from Kamala beach It is near a main road and you cannot walk along it to the beach as it would be dangerous.. You have to get a taxi to the beach and this costs 250 or 300 baht. The hotel is not expensive so with this additional cost it is still a great deal It would be ideal if the hotel provided a tuk tuk to and from the beach at set times each day.

We felt safe and the facilities were clean. The pool was lovely. Jane and her family were pleasant and accommodating.

Our own fault and no fault of the resort - we did not enjoy the location. A taxi was required for every excursion outside of the resort. The steep hills and very busy traffic made it near impossible to walk safely any distance to the beaches etc. My bad…I should have paid closer attention to this detail. The one plus is the excellent public bus which travels right by the resort and only costs 100 baht each. We learned to use that as much as we could to save some money on taxi fare. The breakfasts were quite expensive for what you got. You can always hear the traffic on the resort.

Naka was an awesome find! We were welcomed professionally and all staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble during our entire stay. Cleanliness of the room was superb! Lovely small restaurant with good meals too.

The bed a little too firm. Conscious that the upper rooms could peer down on others in the pool, so not very private for having a swim. Perhaps some kind of balcony screens would provide additional privacy for rooms, and also those in the pool.

On arrival welcome drink was a nice touch, the reception room was friendly and inviting. I love the landscaping and the overhead tree lamps were a very lovely touch adding ambiance. The pool was amazing! There are also some incredible plants around the property. The bathroom was perfect. The room was big, clean and spacious and the bed was huge. The TV was great and easy to use. It was amazing to have a big fridge for storing my water/ fruits/ chocolate. Fii and the staff here are incredible and so welcoming. The food at the restaurant here is so flavoursome and beautifully presented.

The hotel is beautiful with a great swimming pool. The hotel staff were so lovely and accommodating and were on hand to help with anything that you needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with complimentary water, teas and coffee.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay, 1 or 2 nights as there aren't any restaurants or places to eat near by, in walking distance, so I wouldn't recommend longer stays. However, still handy to reach Patong and Kamala beach by taxi. There's a 7-11 round the corner.

It's a nice location away from all hassle and Bussle; to reach to the beach or tourist spot you may have to take bike rentals which is reasonable. Getting taxi is bit challengeable.

Spacious Room and Clean. Can Rent a motorbike at property. Can book island tours directly from hotel. Ma Faii is very good and friendly. I enjoyed my stays ☺️

I really like the people who run the hotel especially Jane was sooooo lovely, she made us feel we were at home, the resort was sooo clean, and in the calm place, away from the noise, the food was absolutely fantastic, I stayed 4 nights, and If had known what was the resort like I would have been staying in longer than I did, definitely I’ll come back again and I will stay longer , thank you Jane 🌹🌹for everything 🙏
