Staff was friendly and very prompt with any service. In room BBQ was exceptional and well worth trying. Private pool is amazing for thr lazy days, whilst the big pool is good for a change too. Loved my daily walk on the beach spotting different coral and shells every day. Buggy service always prompt and no wait to get anywhere in the resort. Spa packages were such amazing experience, and easy to pop the sky lounge next door for a drink and dinner afterwards. Preferred food at the sky lounge over the restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant is an amazing spread though and top quality. And cappuccinos were great too.

Wish staff could spend a bit of time each day removing the rubbish that washed up with the high tide. Such beautiful scenery spoiled a little by having to step over a Coke bottle etc.

Breathtaking, Amazing, Spectacular The staff were very friendly and they treat you like a royal member. They prepared breakfast boxes for us at checkout because our flight was too early in the morning, i loved this, i never saw this in any other hotel. The view is AMAAAZING. The rooms are very clean. Don’t worry about insects and lizards inside the rooms. Try the SPA it’s worth the money. One important note for those who want full privacy: swimming pools might not be with full privacy, it’s open to other villas, but my room (high bay signature) had full privacy at the top of the bay no one can see my pool however I can see other villas and swimming pools. The rooms are fully surrounded with glass doors with no walls but it’s covered with curtains, it’s amazing but not to those who want full privacy. You can close the curtains but keep in mind if you opened it everyone can see inside your room. It’s a bit isolated so it’s suitable for those who really want to RELAX

There was no activities in the resort. There is only one restaurant. It’s 15 minutes away from patong beach and there is nothing close to the resort (isolated)

There were some downsides. The hotel’s location is quite remote, far from cities, tourist attractions, and restaurants. The road leading to the hotel is dark, isolated, and a bit unsettling, with very few taxis available, making transportation inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, the hotel is built on a hill, and accessing the rooms often requires climbing many stairs, which can be tiring. Another issue was the presence of mosquitoes in the rooms, which was quite bothersome. ---

There was nothing I disliked. Not a single thing. Every moment felt considered, every interaction uplifting. It’s rare to experience such a balance of luxury, privacy, and heartfelt hospitality.

What didn’t I like about the Naka Phuket! Without a doubt it’s once of the best hotel/resort that I have been to. From the aesthetics, to the ambiance the customer service, the location, the personal attention to detail. Literally everything was amazing. We indulged in a couples Spa that was excellent and special shoutout to Tom the Gym caretaker was always attentive to my needs while in the gym and also to Mehdi at the front office desk. He really made us feel welcome as we were home away from home. Amazing scenic views from our room (one pool villa High bay signature room). It was truly an experience. Would definitely go back again.

Nothing to do with the Hotel but we booked a Romantic dinner for two by the beach however due to the heavy rains it was cancelled. But this was just a tiny blip in our overall experience.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights at The Naka and from the minute we stepped into the property until we left we felt luxury, comfort and peace. A pool villa with to die for Seaview. The beach is stunning and the pool is large. Every amenity at the resort was perfect. The design of the resort to its little details is just beautiful. Highly recommended for couples and friends.

Everything was overwhelming

Everything is exceptional, I had a pleasant stay. The whole resort staff were great from reception, breakfast staff, SPA staff, kids club staff and house keeping staff. I will definitely be back, i stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5 with a toddler to say that they were very friendly is honestly an understatement, i had so much fun there and i will definitely be back. A 10/10 stay couldn’t find a better accommodation than The Naka Phuket.
