Room is clean and comfortable and we appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and we enjoyed our private infinity pool on our own room given by the hotel staff on duty , they do communicate fast and given us proper information of the choices that we can choose from during our stay. they have give the cake on our honeymoon and my birthday cake . their is a lot variety of food on breakfast buffet you can choose from.

the car service from concierge to main lobby and taking time to wait although the staffs are all good and approachable. they are not allowing the bolt transfer to drop us at our room number , we have to get down at concierge lobby and wait for the hotel service.

Private pools aren't heated and are freezing cold!

Really nice and clean hotel with a great view. We had a villa/room with a pool which was a nice touch - great to take a dip after a long day in the sun! The food was great! We had room service a couple of nights and thought it was well priced! The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you! There was a shuttle bus to get down to Patong central (extra charge each way) which was good.

The hotel is situated a bit away from places so you do need to get transport places. There is a hotel app to book everything through while on site - however be warned that you will receive lots of notifications throughout your stay.

Excellent ocean view from our room and dining area, plethora of sumptuous food for breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff who are ever willing to be of service with a smile.

Since it is built on a slope, it is quite confusing to find our way around. Moving from the main lobby to our room and then to the breakfast area was all that we did within the hotel. Till day 5, we were quite unsure which lift to take and which level to get off. But we enjoyed all the wrong turns we took, attributing it to our good age.

Good value hotel. Good sized room with a balcony affording a nice view over Patong Bay (we stayed in a deluxe room). The hotel has two pools, one mid section of the complex and one at the top, both with nice views over the bay. so some great pictures can be had to make your friends jealous. Breakfast provided a good number of Asian and western options. There are some good local restaurants close by; however, care needs to be taken when walking along the busy road. I recommend the Mexican restaurant a few minutes walk up the road, as the food was fantastic. There is a small gym that if you get to yourself you can have a reasonable workout.

The hotel is located on a hill, so you may need to take a few elevators to get to your room, the pool, breakfast area etc, but you do get used to it. The location is about 10 minutes drive from Patong, and although there is an hourly shuttle bus provided, if you are able I would recommend renting a motor bike to give you more flexibility to get around and to get out and explore the many beaches scattered around the island. The hotel did look a bit tired in places with some areas of the hotel that were totally empty and unused. The top pool area in particular requires an urgent refresh, with tiles missing from large areas of the pool. In saying this, the hotel did represent good value for money and I have no regrets on my choice.

Our stay here was outstanding. Reception staff were so welcoming and made us feel special. A special thank you to Kook who made our stay unforgettable. Nothing was too much, everything we asked for was provided with a smile and gave us valuable advice on tours and places to visit. We stayed in Section O which was near the main pool gym and Thabtim Cafe. The employee named Pond in the Cafe was lovely very friendly and attentive. We loved the main pool area, although the hotel was booked out, it felt peacefully quiet as the resort is huge. We appreciated the daily housekeeping fresh towels, sheets, an abundance of bottled water and tea and coffee. The cleaner Piw was so friendly and our room was always cleaned thoroughly. Buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic lots of choices of hot and cold dishes, many types of beverages and juices. I would also recommend Afternoon Tea at the Infinity Lobby. Delicious savoury and sweet treats were served with a beautiful ocean views. Thank you to the staff who provided this as a gift during our stay. And lastly, a special thank you to Van The Guest Experience and Quality Manager who went out of his way to meet us and provide us with a gift. We will definitely be back! One of the best places we have stayed in.

The Air-conditioner was a little loud but not a big problem as it worked very well.

Nice and wonderful hotel, I took a room with a pool on the sea and it was a very nice view, the hotel is very big and you need a car to move from the room to outside the hotel, there was a problem with the shower water it was always cold or normal and there was no warm water, the water was cut off a lot from the room and I had to call them almost every day to restore the water in the room, as for the breakfast it was good but not renewed and not at a 5 star level, other than that the staff's treatment is great, the hotel is quiet and suitable for families, quiet area and close to Patong Road 5 minutes by car.

The hotel met all my expectations. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the pillows. The bathroom featured double sinks, which was convenient when traveling with my wife. I stayed in a Premium Pool Room with an ocean view, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet it offered a wide variety of options, including assorted juices, halal selections, and classic Western dishes. The staff were really really nice.

Upon arrival, instead of a straightforward check-in, a staff member sits down with you to try and schedule a 1.5-hour Wyndham presentation aimed at selling timeshares or similar offers. As an incentive, they’ll promise a free excursion to places like James Bond Island or Phi Phi Island—trips I had already planned on my own. After a 6.5-hour flight and a 45-minute drive from the airport, I just wanted to check in and relax in my room without any extra hassle.
