The room & location is worth every penny! But do take note of the location of the hotel. It's suited closer to Kalim Beach, which is a public beach but isn't a beach where it's lively with activities nor a place where tourists or locals gather. The famous Patong beach is nearby (around 5 mins by car), so you are not really missing out! The hotel is pretty with well-taken-care of amenities & services. The staff that checked us in was amazing & professional! Nothing goes wrong with this specific hotel selection! To those looking for Halal food, an amazing restaurant is just a stone-throw away from the hotel! 7E is also located nearby the premises. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel that gives you more privacy (a bit secluded), but is nearby the beach (minus out the hustle & bustle of the loud noises & party-goers) this is the place for you.

I really love the colonial style of the hotel and that it’s not too big. The rooms on the front side with direct pool entrance are worth it. Also the staff is very friendly and helping with everything they can.

The walls are thin and you hear more from your neighbors than you should. The acoustic insulation should be better for a five star hotel.

Room is spacious with all facilities needed, Pool is nice and clean, overall good environment and architecture. Buffet breakfast is good

Located on a steep hill making walking really difficult to reach from main road to the hotel, They give 3 half litre water bottles and cost 60 bhat for one's which is 7 bhat normally (outside) if we want more drinking water. Pool is having random depth here and there, one might get hurt. Room doesn't dries up easily once get wet either post using the bathroom or post mopping

Luxury feel of the room, so comfortable. Pool area lovely and comfortable, easy to get a bed and very relaxed. The staff were all lovely, very welcoming and accommodating to every need. Good food breakfast and delicious Thai curry.

Careful of the laundry- I made the mistake of assuming it was per kg/ reasonably priced and didn’t check first, and they charged me an obscenely expensive sum for a small bag of washing. Also could do with a few more vegetarian options at breakfast, pretty much all the cooked options had meat in.

The whole place is beautiful, the staff are lovely and the room is very comfortable and nice, we also enjoyed the pool and breakfast!

It was located a bit out of the way, couldn’t really walk anywhere due to where it’s located so we mostly used taxis. There wasn’t great sound proofing on the rooms we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, not at the fault of the hotel but we did get woken up at 6am by our neighbors one morning.

A bit of neighbour noise through walls and furniture being moved upstairs. Maybe attach room service menu on .pdf file to hotel website &/or QR code, more accessible for some people who don't use apps or smart phones..

Either entire hotel, or the rooms were designed according to a colonial style. everything looks stylish, each decoration match to each other. Swimmingpool temps to use it.

No separate bar area, everything was placed nearby a reception desk, restaurant is closed during a day- only orders delivered to rooms are allowed. hotel seems to be not taken care of, I had also some objections to cleaning service.

The restaurant was truly outstanding. The Hotel is a hidden Gem, far enough from busy Patong, but close enough for comfort. Everything was in well kept condition, with lots of attention to finer details. Super friendly and helpful staff, from front of house to the cleaner.

Going anywhere by foot is a HEAVY walk up a very steep hill. Bolt and other taxi services very reliabke, but gets a bit pricey after a while. So, hire a car or a scooter for your own convenience.
