The villas are extremely nice, spacious, well decorated and clean. Each villa has a huge terrace with a shower and a stunning view of the bay. The pool set up on the top floor of the main building has a view onto the bay. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Ocean Rock Kalim for a stay in Phuket

Please note none of these were issues to us, actually we actively looked for this type of property: - its located on a hill top, you would need a car or motorbike (which was our case). - the property is far from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach, but we went all over the island on the motorbike - Staff was elusive, but again, we quite like no fuss and there was never anything we needed that we could not get

It’s a beautiful set of apartments and super quiet. It’s very modern and built to a high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and comfortable. And so is the living room. Terrace is large with a great view. It’s an easy and cheap journey to Patong; about 200 Baht with a grab car and 60 or so with a bike. It’s not too far from Kamala either and being a central-ish location, you have good access to all the areas in Phuket. The staff are super friendly and very well spoken. The shared pool has a great view but so do all the apartments. However, it does need a tiny bit of maintenance. It’s easy to see onto the terrace from the stairs so it’s not 100% private and it’s a super steep hill to come into the area. This can be tricky for both cars and bikes and makes it unfriendly for walking. Overall though, fantastic place and worth the money.

The view from apartment 2B was breathtaking! It is very spacious and clean. Aesthetically pleasing 😍 It is one of the best places we have stayed in. The scent of the towels and bedding were refreshing! The pool is lovely and has a beautiful view. My family enjoyed our 3 days here. We are planning to come back next year. A special mention to the receptionist - Wana - She is lovely and so friendly. Her customer service is great. Also, thank you, Guy, for your warm hospitality to me and my family 😊

Not a complaint - It is about a 10-15 min ride each way into Patong via Bolt. The location is away from the hussle and bussle, so if you are looking to unwind and purely relax, this is the place to be!

Ocean Rock Kalim was the accomodation of our dreams! Incredible setup, beautiful amenities and facilities and the view is jaw dropping. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach but close enough for connivence. Guy and his team were incredibly helpful and contactable at any time with great recommendations, tips and tricks. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Patong Beach

The views are stunning, the room was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. Mr Guy the admin is a legend, he was very helpful and even offered a ride. The equipment in the room are very good, TV WIFI fridge AC, everything was working fine. Its a romantic place to spend your leave in. The hotel place is not accessable by walking, so you need a car to leave and come back to the room. But dont let this discourage you, ordering food was easy, also taxi will come in a minute notice so it is not a bad thing. Also the high ground what gives it the beautiful views.

The location of Ocean Rock Kalim is beautifully perched high on the hill with exceptional views,I loved every moment I was there.The apartment was so spacious and very comfortable.Being away from the hustle meant tranquility and to just be in awe of the natural wonderland that had surrounded us.The early morning swims in the pool was the highlight of my day..it enable me to be present,witnessing all of the natural glory that was on offer with sensational views of Patong itself displaying those majestic gorgeous picturesque hilly mountains in the background mixed with the added serenity of the ocean..it was all just so surreal and peaceful to take in.Ocean rock is very close to Patong main shops and to get a tuk tuk back to the apartments was very easy and to order a cab from the apartment was super quick.Guy organised our airport pickup and drop off and we were blessed to have Mr Seewa as our driver who had also escorted us to my beautiful 50th birthday dinner..he made our night all the better.I definitely would stay at Ocean Rock Kalim again.

Leaving..we were all so sad to leave..it was just so nice being there...there was nothing I didn’t like..just a tip thou ,if you are arriving really late at night on the 1st night ask Guy to help you preorder your breakfast especially if you have a early morning tour planned.

I dont think there is any other accomodation in this location with same or better price-quality ratio. Small thing to fix: AC is noisy on low power (they know for long time, but still not fixed). Also if you need to close pool for 2 days maintenance offering some compensation would be nice (like complementary minibar)

The property, layout, design, and finishings were all top quality, Guy the manager was unreal, went over and above and ensured we had an awesome stay. Ocean Rock is very personal, not like a typical hotel where you just disappear into the crowd. Could not fault OR one bit, and will be reccomending and returning for years to come

To be absolutely picky the property is at the top of a hill (which is a good thing) but if you were to walk down to the street food market by the beach (which we didnt)... it is a very steep walk back (however we had a car so it was no issues - and to be honest we prefer the seclusion at the top of the hill away from the hustle and bustle) So turning the negative into a positive :-)

Amazing apartments! It looks better in person than in pictures. The staff were amazing very accommodating and helped with anything we needed. This view was breathtaking!!! I enjoyed every second being here. We all are ready to come back!

It was hard for drivers to get up the hill to transport us where we need to go. We got a workout going up and down the hill!
