It was one of the best rooms where I stayed in my entire life. Everything was perfect. Great service, beautiful room , spotless.

This is my second time going to Phuket in the year and we’ve decided to come to Indochine Resort and Villas again! We enjoyed it so much last time that we had to book with them again. Last time we stayed in the Deluxe Room with Plunge Pool for our honeymoon and I can’t fault the staff and the accommodation at all. This time we stayed in the room with the jacuzzi outside. The room was clean and spacious, with complimentary drinks in the fridge. AC was very comfortable as it was very humid and hot outside so it was nice to come back to a cool room. Amenities were topped up everyday, and the staff were kind and lovely, always at hand to help! They cleaned the room everyday but you have a choice not to if you wish. The views were amazing from our room as we were a bit higher up this time. It was surreal. The resort has a free shuttle bus which takes you to Patong Beach and picks you up, and buffet breakfast every morning with different cuisines available. We enjoyed our 3 week stay a lot and can not recommend it enough! Helpful and very accommodating staff, which made our stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything was amazing, nothing to dislike!

The two bedroom pool villa - whilst dated and in need of repair - was spacious and comfortable with postcard views of Patong and the bay and the night time lights are stunning - but beware the mosquitos outside. At night the outside noises were barely noticeable and the thick curtains helped keep out the morning sun. The water pressure and water temperature in the showers was perfect with plenty of towels available (pool and bath changed daily) The beds were firm, yet comfortable but unfortunately the pillows provided very little support (we are yet to find a hotel with good pillows) The breakfast was exceptional with everything you could want - and the coffee was actually pretty good too. What sets this hotel apart however are the staff. Always attentive, always happy to help in every way and always with a genuine smile. Every staff member we encountered regardless of their position was a credit to the hotel and should be commended.

The villa pool - whilst clean - was in need of repair due to missing grout and tiles leaving many sharp edges. We would definitely recommend water shoes for the kids to avoid cuts etc. There is a smoking area at the front door of the restaurant/breakfast area and unfortunately breakfast can be accompanied by the smell of smoke (definitely an issue for the whole of Patong really)

Everything was great. The room was clean and the employees was friendly and professionals, also they were very helpful. They change sheets and towels every day. Fresh water daily. They have also room service and that is a plus for confort. Our room had a jacuzzi and small pool, which give us more privacy. The bed was huge and very confortable. A nice sofa in the living area. In the room you get bathrobes, house slippers, umbrellas, bathing caps, ear cleaning sticks, soaps, teeth cleaning kit. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a huge mirror. Also, in the room you will find a safe that you can use as you please and a small refrigerator to cool your drinks. Good WI-FI in the room and the internet can be used also on Smart TV that have a big screen ( I believe 55").

The cable company should solve the problem of TV signal and improve the quality of it. It is really weak at least in the mornings. The signal get improved in the evening. I wonder how is that possible?

Need improve breakfast

I loved the location of the property, it was nice and close by all the places me and my husband wanted to visit. We were able to go to 2 beaches, main one being Patong Beach. Beaches and shops were a short distance away. We visited Bangla Market and the shops there very frequently. They also had a free beach shuttle bus which we took almost everyday during our stay! A great money saver as they will drop you off and pick you up designated times. The rooms itself were very clean and tidy with minimalistic decor which I love. They had all the amenities topped up. They also did a lovely honeymoon decor for the bed which was cute :) The jacuzzi and pools are beautiful and also kept very clean, we used the jacuzzi the most as the water was cool under the patio and was a relief after a long sweaty day out in the scorching sun. The staff are very kind and accommodating and made sure we had fresh towels and topped up amenities when we used them. We also had breakfast on some days which was lovely as they had various options to choose from at the restaurent.

I didn’t dislike this, maybe just an improvement would be if the AC had more power to them. It was extremely hot the time we went and when coming back to the room from being outside the whole day to cool down it took a long time for the AC to cool the room down. But not really complaining about that, we managed :)

Spacious Private Rooms with pools were super nice, view is gorgeous and food and restaurant serves up some great local options. Staff was super helpful, delightful and made the overall experience better!

Site arrangement is not ideal, it requires a degree of taxi'ng around just to get back and forth to your location. Spot is also a bit up North of Patong which is just far enough to make it too far to walk to local spots. Some of the rooms are located directly close to the road which can get quite noisy and disturbs mood of private room arrangement. Local taxi into town was not very reliable on timing towards the later traffic hours.

The property is in a perfect location . It’s only around a 10 minute taxi or 30 minute walk into central Patong . It is positioned on a hill overlooking patong bay itself . We were right at the top in a Sky Villa ( 671 ) which meant absolutely no one overlooked us & it was the most prime view available. Because of the resorts position there is normally a nice breeze coming down from the hill as appose to Central Patongs stifling humidity ( we stayed in February for 7 nights ) . The staff are Amazing & Can’t do enough for you . The food & drink within the hotel are in my opinion very reasonable priced compared to the other places we stayed on our trip & excellent quality . WiFi super fast and available everywhere.We’ll definitely see you again .

I cannot find anything at all to dislike about any aspect of our stay .

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The daily housekeeping was of a high standard. The private pool was such a luxury. We enjoyed the location being slightly out of the busy resort of Patong. The complimentary breakfast has so many choices and everything we tried was delicious. Room service was excellent and the bar and restaurant served some of the nicest food and drink we had during our stay.

The road directly outside is difficult to walk as no sidewalk but generally we used the free shuttle or tuktuks
