Room size, bed, bathroom and shower all good. Scooter available to rent for 300 BHT per day. Quiet room.

It is a bit out of town if you're on foot, hard to flag down a tuk tuk on the main road, even more so at night. That's where scooter or your own transportation comes in handy. I didn't want to drink and "ride" in the evening, so getting into town took a bit, getting back isn't a problem. The manager is usually gone around noon for the day, so make sure you see her in the morning if you have questions. Great stay over all. An amazing little mom and pop restaurant across the main road and 200m down the street on the right, (facing the bridge)

Tum, the owner was exceptional. from the moment I arrived, she welcomed me and did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable and experience as possible. She gave helpful advice, provided delicious food and resolved a couple of very minor self-created issues for me immediately. The value is superb for the quality of the accommodation and the professionalism of Tum.

I can't fault this stay.

Room was big, quiet, had a full sized fridge, and even a basic kitchenette attached too. Good water-pressure in the shower, outside the rooms were higher than the car-park, but each set of steps to the walkway had grab-rails on both sides to help any elderly folk. Plus a coin-op washing machine was there for use too. Check-in was easy, and a welcome-drink provided while the owner proccessed the paperwork.

Breakfast was a bit hit & miss, very much Thai/Chinese style, but OK..No real milk for the coffees, just thick, sweet evap-milk..(yuk!)..But a 7/11 store was not far away, so we bought our '2nd breakfast' of cheese toasties, & ate them on the sea-side promenade afterwards.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room , attractive surroundings. A good shower and effective air con . .Breakfast was interesting with Thai fruits on offer. Unlike some holiday stays, this one wasn't spoiled by noise from other guests.

We were a bit outside the main town, but it was easy to get a tuk tuk to the three beaches.

It was in a lovely quiet area, but also 2min by bike to the beach and main area. 7/11 At the end of the soi Felt comfortable and safe. The lady who I think was the owner was very helpful and always made sure we were satisfied with the food and service. We will definitely stay here again.

It is located at a very convenient location. Just walk out the street, 7-11 is there. Major supermarket is near by the hotel. The owner is super friendly and very detailed to answer my travel needs. Room is very tidy and comfortable. Breakfast it is fresh cook Thai style. I am highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed it again, although the people running it have changed - I think they are relatives from the owners we met last time. Still very friendly and accommodating, a nice stop off.

Nothing. The breakfast was a little better the previous time we stayed (more variety) but still it was delicious, no complaints at all. We will definitely return again.

Thank you to owners for availablity, kindness and hopitality. My daughter was sick and She took us to the clinic. it was a great stay. Hotel is a little bit far from the center so environment is calm. It is easy to take a taxi moto to take us to the center.

The room was a great size and wonderfully clean, the owners and staff were exceptional hosts, they were friendly and helpful nd made sure we felt comfortable. I actually left a phone charger behind by mistake and they called us to let us know and then posted it to me! The breakfast was delicious and the beds comfortable.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The owner is very welcoming, humble, helpful and treated us like their own guest. If you are in Prachuap khiri khan and experience Thai hospitality, this is the place to stay! You can also rent bicycle here to roam around.
