I really hate badmouthing places that I've stayed, but there's a point where I just think it's to everyone's advantage, to be honest. The room was clean, but the accommodations are very dated. Paint chipping everywhere. Everything was a little rough around the edges. Shower water was barely hot. The entire hotel needs a remodel. Everything's kind of falling apart. The staff was extremely antisocial. Couldn't get a smile out of anybody, really. The only person who was smiling was the woman at the front desk. She was pleasant. And very helpful. But the wait staff in the restaurant and the bar really don't want to be there. The food was okay. I'm not sure I could even call this a town. The harbor is cute. But there's no town really. No grab. No taxis but the little motorcycle scooter conversions. Which I thought were super cool. It's just another dated hotel in the middle of nowhere. I'm really not sure how they're surviving.

Lovely reception and welcome drink. Clean modern business hotel with a nice pool. The facilities are good, but the restaurant and coffee shop are a little overpriced. Atmosphere was therefore quiet and subdued.The room was large enough and comfortable with clean bathroom and good quality toiletries.

Location although by the sea was limited. Had a pier you could walk out to and take photis but, you could not walk along the front to the resort and explore the area easily. Out of town a bit, so had no choice but to eat on site. The atmosphere was too quiet. Breakfast was just OK for such a quality hotel. The cook was not on duty when we arrived and kept disappearing. Coffee was from a machine and was awful.

Off the backpacker trail, this little gem was a perfect stay for us away from the crowds. 4 star facilities were great. Good food and drink. Nice pool. We used the free bikes to cycle to nearby Ao Manao beach each day.

Can't swim on the beach front directly in front of the hotel.

View from our sweet suite is wonderful, outdoor bath tub is good, food is good, staffs are very helpful, friendly and a lot of services mind.

We booked the sweet suite with Seaview. Unlikely, we were on the festival which we didn't expect to have a small party in the hotel since late afternoon (15:30). We expected to spend our holiday quietly with a beautiful sea view. Fortunately, they stopped the music around 21:00pm. *___* I would be better if hotel will inform the guest in advances. Thus we can decide our holiday.

Most things about the hotel were good, especially the great price and cleanliness. Only negative experiences involved the other guests.

Sound-proofing. Guests in the room above were walking very loudly, kids running wild, furniture being dragged on the floor. Accessibility. It isn't a wheelchair-friendly/elderly-person-friendly hotel, with lots of steep steps. Staff - they weren't too bothered to help with bags, proper greetings, etc., but I didn't mind because I'm fully able-bodied and the rate was so good. Other guests. Wearing pyjamas to breakfast, kids loudly screaming by the pool, noisy and inconsiderate in the room above us, etc.

The staff Hotel is very quiet and the location as well so good for a well rested night.

Without your own transportation it is hard to get around. Breakfast could have some warmer food.

Nice hotel, but too modern for the small, tiny village. Everything was OK. Breakfast a-la-carte, probably because of a lack of people. Second morning, after a big group of Asian people had arrived the day before, there was a breakfast buffet. More choice. The average stuff. Only 2 sorts of fruits: dragon fruit and watermelon. The restaurant, pool area is very nice, with a great view. Prices included service charge and tax and were a bit upmarket. Rooms are very nice, bathroom the same. The staff was very helpful and friendly at the reception. Spoke quite good English. The man at the door, gave me a nice private spot to park the car, which was much appreciated. Thanks for that!

A bit of noise (from the Asian group) in the evening. (karaoke?) Better not order Western food for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Stay to the Thai food, which is much better.

The room, the view, the service, the spa in the room

The breakfast was terrible. There were almost no options for a western breakfast and the food was very poor quality: disgusting coffee and processed bread, very little fruit, no yoghurt. given the price of the room you would expect a decent breakfast. this was the worst we’ve had in any hotel in Thailand.

The hotel style and especially inside the hotel are full of plants, it’s giving the area fresh and clean. Feels relaxing. The room designed nice! and have kid’s area. Restaurant also nice and delicious foods!

Only the sea side was close to the pair so the beach not really good looking and still construction..

Large space of room with a nice view and complimentary a bottle of wine it is very good vacation moment

With this price should have more varities of breakfast line
