The property is located right on the beach which is used by the people staying at the property, therefore it is not crowded at all. Good cold AC, mini fridge, free wifi and breakfast is also included. The location of the property is however a little far from the centre which is not a big deal for us as we had hired a scooter. So from the pier to the hotel, it is about 2 kms (5-7 mins drive). The staff were really nice and accommodating, check in and checking out were really quick and smooth. The breakfast buffet was actually really good with western and Asian options and also changing daily. We stayed here for 3 nights and would happily go back when we return to Koh Samet.

It was a big bed but in fact two beds pushed together so it was a little uncomfortable with the gap in the middle.

Literally on the beach. Boutique accomodation. Nice setting, helpful staff, good size room, range of places to eat on doorstep. Young people and families. Good food and service.

The beach is nice, slopes a little, not spotless. You may have to accept a little noise from guests as a courtyard style setting.

The access to the beach and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the facilities were basic, it was good for the price we got. We could also rent a scooter directly there, which was nice.

The staff almost didn't speak English, so it was a bit hard to ask for things. The location is away from the main city so there's not much around, but there are some shops and the beach, so it's enough.

The room which we booked had a faulty air conditioning unit, so we were upgraded for our two night stay. The new room was on the ground floor with a great sea view. The balcony was right on the beach . The room had, a very large bed,two sofas, and a good size TV. Prompt check out and the staff arrange transport to take us to the pier.

A heavy thunderstorm caused our room to be flooded on our last night. The beach area had rubbish, which came in with tide.

Fabulous location right on the beach . Was not happy with the room first allocated but was given an upgrade which was excellent. Staff were fantastic.

Breakfast was fairly ordinary

The location of the resort is a hideaway heaven for those who seek peace and real relaxation on Koh Samed having restaurant right on the beach with sitting area to chill out. The seaview room is amazing. Staffs are very nice, kind and friendly. I would return without a doubt and would also recommend this place for couple, solitaire or family who seek a private tranquil location with friendly staff. It’s a good value for money accommodation.

The coffee offered at breakfast is an instant coffee which is not really a real coffee unfortunately. Would be nice if the hotel would replace with a more real or nicer type of coffee.

Location and room itself is outstanding!

Toilet was not working and was breaking every evening. It was quickly solved by personal, but the issue influenced overall experience. All other things were great!

Lovely place and the staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the shower really good. Often in Thailand the pressure and the heat is not so stable but this was really good. The bed comfortable and breakfast was good. Food in the restaurant was really tasty too

Nothing they could do about but there where lots of sea urchins so with low tide be careful. Plus there is not a lot in the nearby area but that was not a problem for a couple of days

I really love this resort. They have own personal private beach and I can see ocean outside the balcony of our room. The reception girl provided me tons of help . Thank you so much . If possible I would like to travel back to Kol Samet and stay here again.

Location on the beach, good food.

Poor service on check out. Destroyed the good feelings by demanding compensation for one pillowcase that had lipstick colour on it. Such a shame to ruin the stay for such a small thing. It's possible to clean so this is just someone who want some extra hundred bath in their own pocket
