We liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff are fantastic, from Zing, the young woman who helped us on our first night (we arrived much later than expected), to the housekeeping staff and the cafe staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, and very professional. We love the room -- it is clean, large, well appointed and very pleasant, with a view from the window and a view from the back balcony. Breakfast is excellent: a hot item of the guest's choice, as well as a lovely buffet of salad, fruit, bread with jam and butter, and a selection of hot drinks. Portions are generous, and everything is freshly prepared. Housekeeping is outstanding: When we have the room cleaned, we come back to a completely pristine room that feels fresh and delightful after a day of exploring. I'm so comfortable doing yoga on the floor, because it's completely clean. Great to have the refrigerator for food we buy outside, and I love getting new water bottles every day (though it would be even nicer to have a complimentary water dispenser so we could refill bottles and waste less plastic). I have rarely stayed in such a well-run, clean, hospitable and friendly place, and the lovely garden is a bonus.

The only suggestion I have is to remove the styrofoam and plastic wrappings from the legs of the chair in the room. It looks a bit silly to leave the remnants of packing materials on the chair.

The staff there are very warm welcoming and very nice, helpful and courteous. rooms are very clean and comfortable. highly recommended. it's in close distance of the city's railway station with a walking street nearby with local coffee shops and general stores. the coffee shop brews a selection coffee beans in the morning was a nice choice.

the railway station is located south of the main city. if you wish to fully explore ubon ratchathani you will need to travel to the other side of the bridges. we used the Grab taxis and they were all cool drivers. that said it this isn't the hotels fault, they are still aall mazing

I went to visit Wat Pah Pong and Wat Pah Nanachat. So the location of the hotel was perfect. It was only 5-6 kilometers from Wat Pah Pong and about 10 from Wat Pah Nanachat. I didn’t expect Ubon Ratchathani to be a big city, but it is spread out. So the location of the hotel is in the south of the city and it was perfect because both monasteries are in the south already on the outskirts of the city.

Very friendly staff, big rooms & clean. The reeption staff speaks English is a great advantage.

Accessories like an iron are considered separate to the room & charged. Water bottles, coke are kept on your table, but they are not free :) Restuarant could be better. One person trying her best to manage everything (cooking to serving etc) & also not much of a choice for breakfast. Price is inflated over 20ercent due to booking.com commission

It's a great hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful and knew more English than I had anticipated.

When I booked, I had no idea that it was south of the downtown area and too far to walk to the places I planned to visit. But taxi was inexpensive and the front desk staff would call a taxi for me. I got to see a part of Ubon I did not expect and it turned out to be the right place for me on this trip.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

Thai beds are hard, so this was not a surprise to have hard beds. The staff were very happy to provide blankets, which we lay on for extra softness.

From the Check In till the Check out everything was great in this hotel. Spacious rooms, with good comfortable beds. Room and bathroom are clean so are the bedsheets. Good working WiFi, fridge and Air Conditioning. Staff is very friendly and helpful and English is spoken at the reception. Quiet neighbourhood and a lot of parking space if you are driving a car.

The hotel is located in the southern part of the city, south of the Mun river not very far from the railway station If you do not have your own transport then you need a (Grab) taxi to get to the city centre and back.

Everything. The customer service was excellent. Some of the staff spoke and understood english more than others but they all did what they could to help us. They arranged our taxi for the next day, ordered and delivered our dinner, carried our luggage upstairs, found tools to repair a suitcase, brought up more water, organized our (complementary) breakfasts in takeaway because we were leaving at 6:30am (motel resturant opens at 7am) The rooms are very clean and the linen smells delicious - although the smell on the pillowcase became a bit overwhelming after a few minutes of breathing it in at close proximity. Shower and toilet are very clean.

The air con unit is positioned on the furtherest wall, away from the bed and sitting area so it took a long time to feels its effect.

The property is peaceful and clean. The staff are great! The bed was stiff but comfortable. The delux is on the ground floor and that was a real blessing because I had several bags of luggage

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and table area.

Very nice hotel. Clean towels were provided each day.

They do not take credit cards so keep that in mind when you book. It was a surprise to me.
