- Buffet: Very good. I don’t understand the comments complaining. Must be picky foodies. On top of that, if you don’t like it, there are several restaurants on the hotel site as well - Sports facilities: The gym is decent for people training with dumbbells. Football pitch is very nice and the basketball court is good for streetball (it’s half a court). Tennis courts seemed good as well (didn’t test) - Swimming pools areas: 4 different ones, so you may pick the which matches your vibe: to the quiet one, kids water park or one of the 2 near the buffet restaurant - Activities: more than enough for everyone - Tea/chicha lounge: very authentic and chill - Room quietness: make sure to ask for a room in the building of the 2000s, facing the backyards as no noise reaches there - The beach - The themed parties in the evening

- Check-in process: could have been faster, especially for a family of 4 with 2 babies - Staff attitude on 2 occasions: Staff is nice and look out for guests in general, but let’s say two of them must have been tired at some point (impatient attitude). This didn’t overshadow the experience though as it was 2 isolated events

I would like to take a few minutes of my time to describe the experience we had at this resort, as I believe that it's often the people we interact with who make the real difference during a holiday. I can't help but congratulate and thank once again the fantastic entertainment team - I was truly impressed by their talent. Even though our stay was short, each of them has a special place in our memories. Ekrem, who left a mark with his involvement during the games and his great passion; Levke and Jasmine, who every day found a way to get me off my sunbed to enjoy a few carefree minutes; Kiahra, whose yoga lesson helped me rediscover muscles I didn’t remember having; Mehdi, who somehow managed to make me fall in love with tennis; Willy, who kept trying to help me hit the target in archery; all the dancers, incredibly skilled and fast - especially Wesley, who has a fire and energy that is truly impressive. A big thank you also to the restaurant staff, extremely attentive to our habits and always available - especially Moez, best waiter ever! 😄

The booking process, however, was forgettable. My first reservation was cancelled because my card was wrongly marked as invalid (they had opened - maybe by mistake - a very favorable rate for the client but less so for the property). In fact, when I rebooked at a higher rate using the exact same card, the reservation was accepted.

- Very nice location and everything available within the resort - Nice staffs, always willing to help - Very clean room, they clean it everyday unless you request not to do it. Hotel in general is very clean - Nice animations, for every age group - Nice food, perfect buffet - Overall, only positive words to say about the location

- The price that was charged was slightly above what booking.com specify. - Maybe a suggestion: food is lavish, but too many wastage by the customers (take a lot food from the buffet and then don’t eat and thrown away). Suggestion is to find a way to sensitize the guest to avoid wasting food (for example putting some stickers/boards to remind them or in any other ways.) It is sad that some of the local people there is striving to feed themselves and in hotels food are thrown away (though no fault of the hotel) - Consider adding a water kettle and some tea bags in the room (though you can still get something from the bar / midnight snack, would be handy to be able to have something in the room)

The hotel was excellent for our family. Lots of things to do, sports, water sports and activities all included in price. Special thanks to entertainment team who made our stay so much fun! Our kids aged 15 and 9 loved it and there is also kids club where kids can join for few hours! Food was also amazing! We will definitely return!

extremely helpfull lady in reception. Restaurant staff super friendly. Food absolutely amazing especially taking into account we stayed not during the season. Selection was always good. Rooms spacious and clean.

I know it is mainly french tourist location, but still would expect receptionist to be able to speak english. Elderly man at the reception could not communicate in english on our arrival day. However next day we met lady receptionist and she helped us a lot. Again as we stayed in March and the season had not started yet, there was no entertainment at the hotel. No live performances, no sports activities.

We loved this beautiful resort with lovely rooms, very friendly staff, great facilities and activities and delicious food. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and were pleasantly surprised by plates of food waiting for us in the room, that was a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel. We would definitely love to come back again.

As expected good value for money. Good food and good facilities for families.

The DJ this year is terrible and not per Magic Life standards. Rotation amongst the personnel makes your customer experience very uncertain from very good to very bad when you deal with young and untrained personnel especially at the beach

Clean beach, bar and facilities, and polite staff.

Activities advertised as included like waterskiing were limited; trial lessons advertised weren't in fact available, and the clientele that this place attracts didn't want to/don't know how to queue. Customer service pre arrival was very poor.

Kids indoor pool was not heated. None of the outdoor pools were heated.
