Everything about this hotel was spot-on. The service from the hard-working staff, the variety of food, it has it all. A modern hotel with a lot to offer. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived (they even kindly offered us food at midnight after our long journey). We had a fabulous stay, thank you!

I stayed for a short time to experience the hotel. But I must say that I had a very nice winter holiday. I plan to come again next year in the summer season cause I think it’ll be more fun and active then. The area is not far from the city. The welcome was very nice. All staff are very friendly. Everything was fine on this holiday where we escaped from the crowds

İt was amazing the most coolest hotel ever . We went on holidays and we weresoenjoyed . It was a lot of food great animation shows are fantastic, everything was perfect they gave us beautiful room and put there romantic staff because we bought romantic room in there. After registration we ate in the restaurant they were so polite and did everything in for guests especially guest relation and reception helped us a lot. Thank you so much

Loved every bit of this hotel, very well designed, spotlessly clean and all the staff are helpful and extremely friendly, food amazing, something for everyone, entertainment every night, lots to do in the area, I would recommend staying here if you are a single person or in a couple.

Every day the food was the same. At the first couple of days they gave the oranges for free, but afterwards they got rid of the oranges to make orange juice to sell. They dont change or give towels, toilet paper or change the covers for the bed. The swimming pool was quite dirty, because no one showered before getting in the pool. They just went direct to the swimming pool, which made us get some bacteria. When we first came to the hotel they gave us different rooms instead of the ones we booked, we had to discuss to them before getting different rooms.

The funky decor drew us to the hotel

It was dirty there was dark hairs in our bed on arrival and stains on the towels. Items left in the fridge in room. Bed was broken , mattress was hard, air con not cool enough . Ants in room this was highlighted to staff but not sorted. Cleaners 2 young lads were only seen on our 5th day there we had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll other wise these would have not been changed. Other guests of another nationally were piling their plates high and not leaving enough food for others. They also didn’t know how to que. self serve machines were not filled up often the apple juice was off, pineapple juice and hot chocolate kept running out told staff they didn’t understand me. Told reception they said “I guess we ran out. “. Went to snack bar at midnight once and was told by staff using google translate no soup tonight. So no snack for us. Apart from the watermelon and bread there wasn’t a lot of safe options to eat. Not enough food or tables for the vast amount of guests. Entertainment is catered towards Russians who are the majority. We didn’t see a spare lounger once round pool. The ones on the private beach are all cracked and broken and there are not enough. The only cool place is in reception next to the fan. No air con anywhere. Toilets all smell like urinals, the stairs to the rooms are dangerous all different depths and no lighting. WiFi is supposed to work in the bar area only but doesn’t even work there. You need to get an e sim before you go. The beach bar charges 13 pounds for a cocktail and not included. We hardly ate or spent any time in the hotel and went out to make the most of our holiday. It was cheap so I don’t expect a palace but I expected more from hotel anjeliq.
