Hotel is in a great location just on a very nice beach. They have their own private beach area where their restaurant part is also located. It is very nice to enjoy your time on the beach with cold bevarages from the bar. Sea view is always with you while you are having your meals at their restaurant. Good value hotel for their prices and i would recommend it to everyone who is not very needy in so luxury rooms and facilities.

In general everything was okay. Food options can be improved a bit. If you go on a busy term then it can be a bit hard to find parking place in front of hotel. But it is not a big deal, you may find somewhere near the hotel after leaving your luggages.

I felt very good in this hotel. Everything was beyond my expectations. The staff was excellent, the food was delicious, everything was wonderful. I spent some beautiful days. I recommend this hotel, everything was well done from the room to the staff and the food. The thing that makes the hotel even better is that the beach is right next to it and you can enjoy it properly. I want to especially thank Adem who welcomed us like old friends, recommended some points of interest. I will definitely return to these places.

This was my second stay at Muz hotel, and I wanted to come back because the hotel is such a pearl, with a superb location.The hotel is located on the beach, practically, and at a good distance from Alanyas hustle & bustle. There is wonderful food, three meals every day- a huge buffet with homemade, inventive, delicious and tasty food each time.

We really liked the location, the stuff. The receptionists were very nice and polite with us. The food was tasty, and was good for the money. We recommend it.

The matress was little uncomfortable. The fridge wasn't cooling. More fish dish would be nice :)

Meal times were good. The all inclusive menu are limited for main dishes, but tons of healthy fruits and vegetables to choose from. Expect only halal menu options like chicken and lamb for meals. Desserts are an assortment of various cakes and puddings. The hotel is situated at western end of beach. Has a decent size pool with plenty of sun beds with a beverage bar. Very idyllic, but rougher beaches due to sand erosion. Staff are very friendly and nice, just a bit disappointed they ask to charge more for an upgrade when a beach view room was purchased upon reservation. Location is good, just a 10 min taxi ride or 25 min walk from downtown Alanya. There are a bit of stray pets at the property begging for food during meal times, but are perfectly harmless.

Rooms are satisfactory clean and hotel lobby as well. If a couple more varieties were added to main meal portions instead of 3 or 4 to choose from would make all the difference. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, but be sure not to leave any loose change visible in the rooms, as the cleaning staff will think it is complementary tips to keep. There is a club next door that plays music insanely loud through the early mornings on Thursday to Sundays. Also hotel does not provide any entertainment options, so on your own for daily activities. Overall, it is a good hotel with great location. 3 stars at best for the best value for money.

The location, the beach, the pool area The waiting staff were good, and their service was great.

When we arrived, our rooms were not ready so we spent the next two hours on the phone with the hotel's manager and had to move to another hotel - this is not what you want to have to go through when you book an all inclusive place. We did not want to go to a different hotel, but the manager said that he'll give us an upgrade for this inconvenience and let us stay in a 5 star hotel, so we agreed to do so for a night or two. The hotel certainly wasn't 5 stars.... upon check in into this new place, they changed our rooms 3 times, so the horrible check in was absolutely long, and the rooms we stayed in had a leaking AC, so we woke up to a puddle of water in the room, very close to all our electronics. Anyway, back to the Muz hotel- it would have been pretty good, if the serving staff at the bar were nicer, and the food a little more varied (some things were nice, but get ready for eating rice twice a day every day!) The coffee machine didn't work most of the time, so that was pretty inconvenient!!

It is an all inclusive hotel, right on the beach. It has it free beds and umbrellas available of the beach for the guests. It was easy to find parking place around the hotel. There are few beach clubs in the neighbourhood if you are up to that. The AC was almost silent - it was highly appreciated during the very hot summer nights.

The hotel is far from the city center. The hotel is advertised as all inclusive - you get food, indeed, and there is a plenty to choose from - but it was somehow tasteless - we've been eating much better food in the corner street food kiosks in Turkey.
