Good hotel for its price. Smiling staff, always helpful. We liked the pool. We really liked that there are mountains nearby, a very beautiful view. The room has a mini kitchen for cooking. Nearby there are shops where you can buy food. Every day cleaning. There are green trees around, it was very nice to sit on the balcony.

There were two moments during the entire stay, the first was electricity, it was constantly turned off, apparently due to the heat the electrical panel could not cope and disconnected the entire area from electricity, but the hotel has its own generator and this is convenient. Also, the Internet was constantly lost and had to be reconnected.

1. Lived in penthouse with good view of the city and the mountains. 2. There is an elevator. 3. Wi-Fi is stable and sufficient to have a meeting on Zoom. 4. Groceries are nearby. 5. If you'd like going uphill, the road starts right from the hotel. 6. There is a good restaurant on the fish market nearby (grilled seabass for 220 TRY).

1. It was getting hot under the roof during the sunny days, AC wasn't powerful enough to cool. 2. Some cutlery was missing, normal knife, pan and teacup, for example. 3. TV set is from 90s) 4. Be prepared for ~ 25 min walking to get to the beach.

The hotel location is 25 mins walking distance to Damlatas and Cleopatra beaches, around 15-20 mins to the downtown. The place would suit to people who prefers a bit quiet location, but keep in mind there is a busy hotel close by which might be a bit loud time to time, but a room soundproof is good. The kitchen has a fridge and electric stove, a couple of washing machines are available at hotel yard area. The room was clean and staff performs a good job. A couple of minor technical issues I mentioned to manager was fixed within a day which was great. A market "Sok" is 5 mins away, and "Migros" is like 10 mins to walk, there are few cafes and small local markets just around the corner. Emre, manager, is doing a great job and you can ask him for any assistance or advice you might need during your stay, he will try to help you. The hotel was cheap, I didn't think I would get such a good service for this price. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The location was close to the center and the sea, we could reach everything. The hotel was suitable for families, young people and middle-aged people alike. The hotel was quiet. Best family hotel! Amazing views, delicious food and drinks! Perfect beaches! Great pools and slides. The best hotel for family, perfect with small kids! The hotel is not big but has so many things to offer. First, the location is amazing: . . Food is absolutely delicious! Coctails is smth one should definitely try. very good hotel and apartments location is a bit far from the beach but the area is excellent with lots of good local restaurants and there are 2 fantastic fish and vegetable markets near by. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was good with balcony we had sea view and the kitchen facility was everything we needed. The price was also very good for the time we stayed we will definitely be back :)

The only slight problem we had was with the wifi. It was OK some of the time but at peak times we couldn't get internet at all. If this was fixed i would give the hotel top marks. Its about 15 minutes walk to the beach which was fine with us as we enjoyed walking through the local markets and restaurants

The owners were very caring and warm people and customer satisfaction was their priority. It was a clean hotel. We liked that it was close to the center and close to the sea. I liked its location. The breakfast was hygienic and nice. The hotel rooms were also very clean. It was beautiful in everything. We had no trouble. I found it normal for the price.

Excellent Appartment, just recommended! There is not far from sea, center and Alanya otogar – 15-20 min walking, if you don't like walking - you can use a bus, bus station is near. There is not on mountain, you don't need go up hill (maybe only last 15-20 metres). It has home atmosphere, new and clean, full stuff for life, if you need something else - you can ask for and you will have it (warm blanket for example). Very friendly people working here. Thank you so much for all! *Famous fish market with fish restaurants (= fruit/vegetable market too) in 200 metres – behind big autoparking. Just recommended too.
