The view from the hotel is amazing. Best sunsets ever. Plenty of activities and entertainment for a week. Pools are great. Spent most time at the infinity pool and relaxation zone. Tried the aquapark also which was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Cleaning lady did a great job! Thank you! Bed was very comfortable. Room fridge was restocked once a day with beverages.

Pools close at 18:00 :( . I would have loved the option of having a swim in the pool in the evening. Maybe the one at the relaxation zone where no kids under 16 are allowed can be kept open for longer... Just a thought for the management.... You can't get your phone charged if you're not in the room as they have presence sensors installed and there's no power at the sockets if you're not in the room... Also the air conditioning will turn off when out. It wasn't too bad though as once turned on, the air conditioning turns the hot and humid air into livable conditions quite fast. No ATM at the property and you can't exchange currencies (EUR to TRY) so be prepared. They can exchange larger EUR bills to smaller notes and coins though so you have that at least...

Every little thing is well organized and located. Super clean. The garden is amazing. The food is delicious. The territory is huge, kilometers of walking paths. 15.000 steps a day are guaranteed!!! So don’t worry about all the eaten food, all will be burned!!! Super quiet in Villas, super fun in the main building. Big thank to an excellent pianist every evening in the lobby😍 The animation is pretty amazing, such quality is normally expensive. Thanks to friendly staff. Definitely my best vacation 🩷

Really not much. But if to be picky then I would add a few more towel stations around the territory. The electric/gas busses/taxi on the territory would be preferred. Personal taste - please add a lot of strawberries to the fruit table 🤗

Our holiday in Utopia was great. The food varied each day, the sea was warm and clean. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, and the territory is covered by pine and palm trees. At night, you can also enjoy the lights of Alanya. We were a family of varying ages, and everyone found plenty to do.

The territory is huge!! There are 5 big pools outside and one indoor pool. The territory is all pine forest. The food is served 24/7. There is a decent club for children.

The location. You can’t just walk if you need a pharmacy or a shop. Taxi only. Every tour or trip will take you +2 hours. Everything is really far.

The staff was very kind, they tried to help. Wifi was amazing, best ever everywhere in the hotel. Kids club was great. Alcohol large and good verity. Very spread out and not crowded

The beds, very old and uncomfortable. We got an extra visco layer that helped us through. It took some convincing to get it. Food was OK, it seems that they don't put any spices as many of the guest like it like this, again if you ask them you will get it

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are very good. The food was excellent and a view from the hotel is unbeatable! If you don't like waves, you will like this beach. Water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming.

No one informed us that the elevator who is supposed to connect hotel and the beach is not working(we had to use the shuttle bus only). Also, sunbeds are super crowded at the beach and pool-not even half meter between mine and someone else's sunbed.

We liked the location of the hotel on top of the mountain from where you can view the Alanya coast. The hotel is very clean inside and outside. We stayed at the villas and all the alleys between were very clean . Our room was very clean also and smelled fresh each time housekeeping cleaned it.The lady who cleans our room made for us towel animals and the kids like them. Very friendly staff. Very diverse and excellent food selection every day. We liked the pools and the children liked the water park. Excellent hotel. .

Utopia World Hotel was fantastic! The food was amazing, and the location with its stunning views was perfect. The cocktail menu was extensive and delicious. Every night featured great shows for kids, followed by entertaining performances for all ages after 9:30 PM. A wonderful place for a memorable stay!

The only downside was feeling a bit pressured by the waiters to let them clean the table even when we hadn’t finished eating. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Perfectly clean, delicious foods, fantastic show time, friendly staff, stunning location. Everything that makes a wonderful holiday you can find in Utopia. It was our second time in Utopia since 2008. The hotel is still second to none. Well done, guys.

Poor internet connection, the staff is reluctant to speak English but speaks Russian instead.
