Breakfast was delicious. Loved the freshly-made omelettes. The bathroom products smell divine. The beds are really comfortable, the pillows soft and the bed linen luxurious. The decor inside the hotel is quirky and interesting with a charming vintage vibe. The service was impeccable with delightful with helpful staff. It was brilliant to be able to park the car right outside the hotel.

I'm not a fan of Turkish tea or coffee or filter coffee. It would have been been great to get a really hot Latte. The Lattes swerved were not very warm.

Probably the coolest hotel room we stayed in on this trip. Enormous room with a sitting area, couches and tables and two beds and a separate office and any enormous bathroom. This is a restored caravansaray, and it was just an amazingly neat place to stay. Meticulously clean, well-lit spaces, comfortable beds. The public spaces are beautiful, with a lobby bar with a seating area surrounded by a pool. The location is actually very good to see some of the local museums, including the Anatolian civilization museum, which is a short walk down the hill, but it is rather hard to get to with a car, and could be hairy trying to get into the parking area. It is across from the castle gate, and you can access a small private museum nearby as well.

Very very soft pillows. Very nice pillows, but they were also very squishy.

The first thing I want to mention is the guy on reception Mehmet Rauf, although new to the hotel he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for him, he helped us with restaurant bookings, local information, travel arrangements and even information about the next leg of our travels in Istanbul. He is a real asset to the hotel. The hotel itself was lovely, lots of character and a great location, room was lovely, comfy bed and pillow menu and was very quiet.

We liked everything but it would be great if they had a Nespresso machine rather than a kettle.

The staff, especially Mr Anıl Yiğit was exceptional. Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and he took care of our every need during our stay. This unique Hotel itself is a fascinating building seeped in history. Beautifully and respectfully restored. We stayed in a suite which was absolutely amazing. So spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had a view over Ankara City and Atatürks Moselium. The Mustafa Koç Museum, which is actually situated within the hotels basement was fascinating and a must see. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Ankara. It is in the perfect location right opposite Ankara Castle,so a great base for sightseeing. Divan Çukurhan is exceptional and an absolute gem. Thank you for s wonderful stay!

There was nothing at all. We liked everything

This was a really excellent hotel in a lovely location with excellent services and very friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing that spoilt our stay was a phone call that was recieved after we had checked out by my partner which basically accused us of stealing the hairdryer from the room, my partner was most upset by this accusation and requested a discussion with the General Manager however she has not had the courtesy of a call so far. If she does depending on the outcome I will revise this feedback.

It is in the center of the old town, just next to the castle. It is only 5-10 minutes to walk to the most important museums in Ankara (Anatolian Civilizations Museum, Ankara Castle, Rahmi Koc Museum, First Parliament, Independence War Museum, Erimtan Museum, Is Bankasi Museum, Roman Bath, Etnografya Museum, Chess Museum, Word Museum, etc). The hotel does a very good job in combining the rustic history of the area along with stylish modernness.

Amazing service. Our maître d'hôtel Yiğit Sarikaya met us at the entrance, arranged for our car to be parked and luggage to be taken to the room. Then we had a technical issue with AC in our room (and it was very hot), so he immediately offered us a free upgrade to a big 3-room suite. This became the highlight of our stay in Ankara. The rooms are unique and stylish, bathrooms are huge with both showers and bathtubs, and a lot of products and little extras. The location is right outside Ankara castle on the main hill. Yiğit also helped us with recommendations around the city and even other cities as we were on a road trip. Highly recommend!

I have booked a room for 4 person and paid the price for 4 person, howevre, the complimentary items (water, coffee cups, slippers, and other toiletries) were only provided for 2 person. I have extended the stay due to a flight change for a night, and the price was taken to the original and not the promised discount of booking the hotel room on the note given. Once you enter the hotel lobby, there is no sign of reception desk, and i found the breakfast average. Besides that, the location, the room, and the atmosphere is just great. And the restaurant serves a good dinner on the good city overlooking terrace.

I liked everything, especially the administrator named Mamed. Good staff in the whole hotel, restaurant and security are very polite. I recommend everyone to get such an experience. It's really a fabulous atmosphere here

1. The room was very spacious and comfortable (the hotel ceilings are very high like in a palace). 2. There were all necessary bath utilities in the bathroom (dental kit, shower gel and shampoo, bath sponge, hairdryer, hand towels, big shower towels, foot towel, shower cap). 3. New bottles of water were brought each and every day. 4. The room was cleaned up each and every day. 5. The laundry service was comfortable and price affordable. The clothes were washed up clean and even ironed. 6. The hotel itself is mysterious, charming with notes of history (it was once a caravanserai). You should step inside to feel that charming atmosphere. 7. The hotel is located nearby the famous Ankara Kale - the historical castle from which the city can be viewed very well. 8. Mr.Yiğit Sarikaya, the manager of the hotel, was very kind and helpful during our stay in Ankara. His English is brilliant. 9. Due to the hotel is located high in the hills the city view is brilliant from it.
