Staff, number one, I left my coat with my passports and considerable amount of Money in lobby overnight, and the day after I was called by reception and my coat was delivered to me with all moneys and passports inside, I congratulate to the owner of hotel, Mr. Osman first and to hotel management also very staff member who are fantastic people. It is very valuable to have such personnel at this time. breakfast fantastic, staff on top of everything, location number one, all amenities very good, that you can not expect more from a 50+ years old 5 star hotel, I have been in Ankara twice and only at this hotel. congratulation for the Hotel for everything.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — they were incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely warm, which set the tone for the entire visit. The room was fantastic — spacious, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. It felt like a little oasis in the heart of the city. I was especially impressed with how quiet and peaceful it was, despite being in such a central and convenient location. Everything I wanted to explore was just a short walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the sauna. It was clean, modern, and a perfect way to relax after a long day out. It really added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Great location, superb facilities, and most of all, a team that truly cares about its guests. I'll definitely be coming back!

While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few disappointing aspects. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, some of the extras felt overpriced — for example, a simple coffee at the bar was over 8 euros, which wasn’t a pleasant surprise. I also noticed that the printed menu listed prices that were significantly lower than those on the digital menu, which felt a bit unfair and misleading. A bit more transparency would go a long way.

Not really a complaint, but this may be relevant to some foreign guests- I was expecting a more 'international' style hotel in terms of the staff's ability to speak English, TV channels on offer, food ranges at breakfast and on the room service menu etc. For example, staff in the lobby bar spoke limited/no English and didn't understand their own wine menu i.e. what was the name of the wine and what was the name of the grape which resulted in some awkward exchanges. The Spa area was also surrounded with boxes and materials for some rennovations being done in the hotel etc which was a bit unsightly. I understand that the hotel will become an Intercontinental though in 2025, so the above may change

The hotel was v.good. Room was cozy, comfortable and clean. There wasnt any thing which i didnt like. Staff was very cooperative and professional.

I stayed one night and had only breakfast there in the hotel. I felt there is lacking In variety of the breakfast. Important thing was, as in breakfast I took baked potatoes, bread, omlet. Potatoes not cooked well and also they were cold. bread seems not fresh. Overall the hotel should improve the quality and variety of their breakfast items atlest remained hot and fresh what is available…

The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a luxury bathroom. The pool area is well kept with a big undercover pool. Overall, I liked the feel of the hotel. It is in good part of Ankara, practically in the city centre, but away from the noise that comes with the hustle and bustle of the shopping and entertainment district.

The aircon was not efficient.

Everything was good except the pillows which were too soft。Touch controls for lights and air conditioning take a little time to learn, but are easy

Hotels location was near to everything, e.g shopping, restaurants and attractions, parks and sight seeing. The swimming pool was clean and the hairdresser is very welcoming. The rooms very comfortable and spotless clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything you need. The security workers were so helpful and they make you feel safe. The room service was excellent. Overall you will love the hotel as we did, it was a amazing stay. Definitely will go back there.

Accommodation was very good, spacious rooms, great bed, nice!

The water evacuation from the shower cabin not working properly, and overspilling on bathroom floor, every single day.

Everything was good . This was my second time stay in one week. Everything was fine.

In washroom the tooth brush and tooth paste was not available. The staff should check everything before assigning the room to the new costumer.
