Staff was very nice and helpful except one who carried our luggage who was very rude and arrogant because of the tip

great location and very clean rooms with comfortable beds .staff was very friendly .

gym was too warm ,no music or any holidays entertainment on the top floor,swimming pool was not in used.

"The staff can be a bit strict — for example, my son was told to sit on the couch while another guest lying nearby wasn’t addressed. The concierge is helpful for transport but doesn’t organize activities or buy tickets for attractions. We also tried room service and the food was very poor."

We had two rooms one double and one family room for three nights . We stayed with our older parents and two teenage boys. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms, reception, pool and spa were Spotlessly clean. It’s literally 3/4 minutes drive to the old city and all the food places where the bazar is situated. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a family room with a sitting area. Rooms were really big and spacious. It’s definitely value for money.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like but more food options in the hotel menu would be great for attracting people to eat in.

We liked the location as it is close to many of the main attractions. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices and helpful staff. They have private access to Konyaalti Beach which was great! The facilities overall were very good!

There is no place to hang clothes in the room. The hotels need to provide either a drying rack or laundry ropes in the bathroom. We took the Double King room for a family of 5. It was a bit tight and with 1 bathroom.

Door Noise: The lack of door closers in certain areas resulted in occasional noise. While a minor issue, addressing this could further enhance the overall tranquility of the stay. In conclusion, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and hospitality. Good location, not too much of a walk to tourist attractions such as old town and lots to do, food places etc in walking distance. Taxi service from the hotel is excellent, the drivers are nice and recommend places on the way to attractions.

The breakfast - very limited and repetitive, the housekeeping - cleaning the rooms to a really low standard, the windows are very thin and the hotel is on a main road so it can be very noisy. I also booked a king room but they gave me a twin suite as there wasn’t anything else available - not great!
