Very good reception as our room was changed last minute. Staff were very pleasant especially night staff and breakfast staff. Excellent hygiene with daily room service. Breakfast was wonderful with a view.

Person in next room smoked continuously and came through the vent. I have a bad chest anyway and Woke up with a headache. Complained but it continued.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I also appreciated the little details like the fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and beautiful decor. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

The design of the rooms were beautiful and modern, it had 2 single sofas and a small table in there which was useful for when we wanted to have a snack, with a big window in the room facing the city. Liked that there was a mini fridge in the room, you could fill it with drinks, so when you are back from the hot weather outside have something cool to drink. The bed was very comfortable, we had very good sleep there. The staff were all very kind, helpful.

The property was missing some basic things, which it would’ve made the stay of the guest more comfortable if it would have those things. 1- one or two pairs of slippers in the room 2- extra pillows and blankets is a must in every room 3- more drinks in the fridge and more tea Bags and sugars. 4- and there should be a female spa worker on site.

The hotel has cute little restaurant on 8th floor. Room was small and clean. Excellent choice for a one night.

The hotel is beautiful and clean the staffs are not bad The dining room is nice and clean is 5 -10 minutes walk to Kapali Yol market I will like to stay in this hotel again my next holiday to Turkey

The breakfast is Turkish style I expect multiculture breakfast I was there for 4 night and I paid for 4 breakfast but I only went for breakfast once because I don't like the food.the environments is beautiful

Very very good hotel and I recommend it to you, I as an Indonesian student here get a few weeks of leave I came to Antalya with my group of friends for a vacation and stayed for 3 days here, I like the hotel room which is very clean and luxuriously decorated, the breakfast is very delicious, the staff is very friendly, the service is very good, and the location is very strategic everywhere very close to the shopping center, to the beach everything can be accessed easily.

Location, reception staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff delivered breakfast to my room because both my sister and I were ill during our stay. (Through no fault of the hotel) We caught a virus on our travels to Turkey. Amazing mountain view from rooftop restaurant.

The lift ends at floor 8. Restaurant is on floor 10. Guests need to go up spiral staircase to reach rooftop restaurant.

I might have just been our room but the tv had nowhere to be connected so no tv which is minor issue if you don’t care. The bathroom door was out of frame but this didn’t really bother us and was a good nice room and hotel.

The staff was very friendly, from receptionist to cleaners. We arrived very early and were offered an early check-in for a considerably small amount of money. The hotel facilities were exceptionally clean. Presented pictures are very close to what we saw. The location was perfect for moving around the city. We were provided with new towels and other amenities on daily basis. The breakfast was diverse and pleasing. I had left my phone at the property and they safely returned my phone after just one call.

The breakfast staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel's location is good, close to a tram station and to the city's attractions. The room was spacious and very clean.

We booked our room around 3 months in advance. The airplane company changed our flight a couple of months before our departure to Antalya (due to the infamous earthquake). So we wanted to change our hotel booking dates to adapt our stay at the hotel accordingly (we basically wanted to remove 1 night). The hotel refused to do so and refund 1 night, although it was a force majeur and we were issuing the requesr 2 months in advance. So we ended up paying 1 extra night. The cleaning staff did not provide us with Shampoo and Shower gel every day.
