The hotel was good value for money. It had everything you expected for the price you paid. The location was great - a bus stop right across the road, and a tram station about 300 meters away meant you could access anywhere in the city with ease using the public transport. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

Only one cupboard for a four-sleeper room - not enough space for clothes. We also only received one key card, so every time we left the room, there would be no electricity. This meant that the fridge didn't stay cold (though we didn't request a second card, so this may have been a possibility).

Very good experience in Antalya and Mene city hotel, property is located near the center, just minutes away from the busy touristic area. Hotel Staff very helpful and accommodating, just ask for recommendations and they will make sure you have all you need (nearby restaurants are welcoming with very good traditional food). Street parking just in front of the hotel. Thank you Cigdem, Serkan and the rest of the hotel team! Lara Balik beach across the street, rather expensive but water is super clean and the terrace on the cliffs is beautiful. Take the old tram for a modest fee to the konyaalti beach, crossing the city. Do not miss the old town Kaleiçi! Overall good experience, would happily go back anytime.

Small hiccup with electricity, was fixed quickly.

Excellent breakafast choice, superb room (we had upgraded to sea view) large spacious and with a wrap around balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great to catch busses and Heritage tram (less than a 1 minute walk). Easy walk (or bus/tram - 25TL a journey) to old town and parks. Lots of resturants to choose from close to the hotel. Area was was quiet day and night so easy to sleep. Note - whislt this hotel was absolutely perfect for us, if you want to get to a beach (sheer cliff edge into sea near hotel) you would have to take the bus (about 30 minute ride, they seem to come every 10 minutes and cost was 57p (just "tap on" with your debit/credit card) at the exchange rate we had).

All was perfect.

Everything was just perfect. Beds are very comfy. Breakfast was good. Perfect location, only 15 min walking to the old town. Local buses just In front of the hotel and even the airport bus. Best of all are all the amazing staff, all from reception to the staff in the breakfast. Were warm hearted and welcoming. Special thanks to my beautiful lady in the reception, she was helping me with some private issues I had, and without her I will never be able to solve it. I will be thankful for her for the rest of my life and I gained a wonderful friend. I recommend this hotel to everyone, you feel very welcomed and taken care of here. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is well located - just 10 minutes walking to the old town or centre. There are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. It was extremely quiet and Wi-Fi was great. The room was very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and fantastic shower. Large balcony outside. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and it was lovely to lounge by the pool. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Some things could be improved but I would still stay again. - uncomfortable metal/wooden chairs on the balcony - cats roaming the breakfast area and sometimes jumping on outside tables - inconsistent housekeeping

I was very positively surprised by this Hotel. I stayed for a week, and had to work via remote connection. The Internet is very good. The breakfast is really great: it is of course Turkish style, but everyday there are new home cooked foods available. The location is quiet, but very close to some municipality beaches and only a little more than 10 min quick walk from the old city. The price for all this was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One point deduction for the bathroom: the shower doors were missing, so a bit difficult not to flood parts of the bathroom.

Great value for money, the room was nice and the hotel has great facilities (pool, breakfast service, bar). It was very clean and there were lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Check-in/out was very straightforward, and the staff helped me with any questions I had. They have a good selection of drinks, and housekeeping was good also. The hotel has a bus station across the road where you can easily catch the bus into the city centre or to the beach. I loved being able to see the sea from my balcony!

Would be nice if they offered a slightly thicker blanket, as it can be hard to know how to set air conditioning temperature when sleeping under a thin sheet. Also, there was no main light in my room, so I had to use the bed lights at night instead.

Wonderful location. Easy access. Amazing staff. Extremely helpful. Breakfast absolutely lovely. Being vegetarians especially, there were alot of varieties! Traditional homemade Turkish food. Complimentary tea/coffee/kettle and water bottles. Bus and old tram nearby to get you to places.

Cats 😬 Those who may be allergic or don't like cats you'd may want to stay away. They are everywhere and will roam around inside the dining area whilst you're having breakfast. Not great for someone who is allergic and wife having a fear of cats. however when we did tell the staff they did shoo that cats away. They changed the towels and cleaned the room but did not change the bed sheets, I wasn't sure if we were to particularly tell them.

Great hotel with very friendly staff and decent breakfast. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre. The room is pretty good, not 5 stars of course and very acceptable for the price. In overall I recommend this hotel for short or long stay.

The bed was not really comfortable as it was combined from 2 single beds making one twin or double bed with a space in the middle into which I constantly fell. There could have been a microwave in the room, but there was none

Housekeeping were great at always being prompt and do a good job, rooms always fresh and clean. The turkish breakfast was nice, but limited. The cats roaming inside were very cute. The staff at reception were welcoming.

The shower kept going cold! There was no nearby plug socket to plug in the kettle. The air con was leaking water on our balcony creating puddles. There wasnt a single english channel on the tv!
