While the location of the accommodation was convenient, I encountered several maintenance issues during our stay. The top shower was non-functional, and the handle of the other shower was broken upon arrival, taking a while to be repaired. Furthermore, the heavily stained toilet could benefit from a thorough cleaning with bleach. The curtains did not cover the full length of the windows, resulting in unwanted morning light entering the room. Lots of limescale on the stainless taps, et cetera. Additionally, near the bathroom light switch, we noticed a hole in the wall with exposed electrical wiring, posing a potential hazard, especially for children. These maintenance concerns detracted from an otherwise promising stay. I was sent a message by the owner and was asked to leave a 10 out of 10 review. Perhaps he should’ve asked me how my stay was before you asked me for that.

It was a spacious apartment, in a quiet area and newly renovated. Parking was available on the road and was free. Also even though it mentions laundry is available is not on the same room or floor. It's on a different floor.

LOCATION - Although in a quiet area, it was a little bit of walk to the old town but there were bus stops a few minutes away on the main road which we did not use. STAFF - Though polite, communication was slow and not upto our expectations. We wanted to know about the vegan places to eat and the host did not respond for a few hours. Also water was not kept in our room and we had to get it from downstairs. ROOM - Not very clean, neighbors could see into our room as the next building was very close by and they we loud as well. The bed was very springy and not comfortable. BATHROOM - It was big but very unclean. Toiletries weren't passable. Drainage was poor. Hot water brake too hot too quickly.

I will save you hopefully by saying do NOT and i repeat NOT go to this hotel. This is a abandoned hotel and we were the ghosts. We have never seen the owner and most times we were not able to reach him. We we upgraded our hotel room to a 2 bedroom one with a balcony and did not get it. The owner lied to us by saying there was a water leakage in the room and we would be able to get our room the next day so we were in different rooms. The first day we were in a one bedroom and a "bed" couch room (mind you we were 4 adults) the next day my sister and i were able to sleep in another tiny room with just a bed and a tiny bathroom we still did not get what we paid for because the room we upgraded to does not exist the hotel does not even have balconies. The rain shower head shown is a fake too it is not conected and the water coming from the other showerhead is barely there. There is no one at the reception. There is no lock anyone can walk into the hotel and get to a room if they want to cause the keys of the empty rooms are on the door. The rooms are not clean and during our stay have never been cleaned. You give the money to the cleanster the first day you're there which is the stangest most unproffesional thing i have ever encountered. The pictures are not really true to reality. The toilets are dirty inside but the cleanster claimes it's nothing to worry about. We paid to much and should have gotten back what we paid for the upgrade. Because we never got the upgrade. This place and the owner are a fraud. When we left we called the cleanster and it took a little bit to reach her. We wanted to speak to the owner and could not reach him his cleanster reached him after a while and told us (via phone cause you never see her) that he was still sleeping?! You own a hotel and have people who need to leave by the time you asign so and you're never there and are sleeping when you should ?!
