Staying for a total of 28 days. The food has been wonderful and a credit to the chef and kitchen staff. The chef even makes wonderful fries. A special mention to two members of staff Serdar who is very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on his face. Yagmur a lovely lady who has been extremely helpful with advice for shopping trips and even finding a Turkish song I liked. She always says hello and is a credit to the hotel. Having worked in a 5* hotel/private members club I know it's the service staff who make an impact upon guests. Yagmur certainly deserves a pay rise or even promotion. She's certainly a wonderful member of staff. I should mention all the staff have been very friendly from cleaning staff to service staff. A hotel is based upon its staff and great credit should be given to them all.

Unfortunately the same music plays on a loop every day without changing. After two weeks of hearing the same songs 9 times a day it's due for a new music play list.

My experience in Nashira hotel was extremely good all the staff was very nice especially the kitchen staff in breakfast and dinner time was great i want to mention the name of the person Yaqub from dinner time he was so humble and friendly overall superb service will definitely come back soon

i was there for 10 days but my bed sheet changed for 2 times it should change every day and toilet paper should be provided every day this thing should not be asked after giving £2000 to hotel

Overall, our time at Nashira was amazing. The staff provided an exceptional service. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool, making it perfect for a family holiday. Also, the food was very good, particularly during breakfast, where there was a wide variety of choices.

Nothing - everything was spot on!

The location is near Konyalti beach & breakfast was great. 2 days with various foods. Staffs were helpful. Also the hotel & room was clean enough.

On booking.com it mentioned Double or Twin Rooms with a View including - Sea view, garden view, Pool view, Mountain view, and City view. But the view was only city view & we can see the pool & mountain from the balcony. NO SEA

The hotel was very quiet and intimate the staff could not have been nicer

Nice comfortable room, excellent breakfast with a variety to choose from, amazing pool and vibe. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Be there next time, taxi transport quick and safe. Love the place and will recommend to other traveller's. KULSUM was very helpful.

Swimming pool was amazing, the schedule was great, I could go any time. Size and cleaningness was perfect and not much people all the time. Breakfast, the variety and fresh, schedule was also comfortable. Room was very big and comfy for 2 people

It should be mentioned that walk to beach is around 20 min via elevator on the cliff.

The staff were brilliant especially the lifeguard. He was a lovely boy and got along really well through translate, all other staff make you feel welcome and make an effort. Also the Saturday night party they have at the pool.

Wifi a bit slow and hard to connect to sometimes so had to buy a sim card to use data for work

They think I don’t like is the hotel didn’t have hamam & massage.

Very nice and spacious rooms and large dining area. Very helpful staff. Very large outside swimming pool plenty space to enjoy. Beautiful location near the beach and shopping mall close by.

Bathroom should have a locking facility.
