Beach/swimming Towers service, were u have to pay deposit at the reception and collect the towel from basement And then return the towels at the basement it’s tiring.. Management should consider giving towels at the beach or reception area.. This will be helpful

We checked in late and the guy at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room me and my family stayed in, was perfect, it was on the 7th floor. It was clean and spacious. We had daily housekeeping coming to clean our room and the bathroom and provide clean bedding and towels. The beach was nice and clean but no sand. The pools inside the hotel were clean not many people which was very nice and calm, they had an entertainment team coming every morning in the pool. The breakfast food was nice, there were selections but we were happy no fault, fresh pancakes, doughnuts, and eggs were cooked every day, what else could you ask for. The lunch and dinner were very nice, they did have plenty of selections, {eg Lamb kebab, lamb & chicken dish and vegetarian dish, fish dish and mini pizza bread} the salads selections were very nice 9/10, really enjoyed it. Outside for lunch some days they had very nice chicken shawarma. Snack outside there were unlimited drinks, burgers, chicken nuggets, cheese bites, chips, rice and different variety of salads. I'll be honesty we really enjoyed our stay and definitely go back to this hotel. At first were we worried about the reviews we saw but for us its was completely the opposite. Also to add we had no problems with the Wi/Fi.

They don’t offer an airport shuttle. I think for a 5 star hotel the breakfast was not that great (for my taste!), but there’s bistros and cafe’s nearby. To be fair, I had watermelon, cooked eggs and tomatoes + cucumber. I would have been glad about dishes like Gözleme, Pide, Menemen & Co.

The stay was good . Hotel was clean . I enjoyed it with my family.

The room type , on booking i booked was a suite but the room given was double room and i paid for extra bed for my kids 11 years old. So instead of all amenities that was said while booking i got a nice standard room but not a suite as that was showing on pictures.

The cleaning standards the staff was friendly the pool was very cold but it was okay and I understand that it is out of season so not much entertainment

Just wish the pool was more warmer and had some entertainment

dishes were not always cleaned properly, there were washed in dishwasher but had spots from water, which looked very unpleasant

Location, variety of food, staff and outstanding view from the room to the sea and city.

Evening entertainment programs could be more interesting and rich.

Everything was wonderful, I was most impressed by the panorama seen from the top floor of the hotel and the kindness of the receptionist to offer me a room there.
