Generally this hotel's interior decoration has been never bored the customers, and the kitchen is still good , stuf always good, this year they dealed with calipso beach club which is near the shore, however I really liked the music , shows , and stuf over there . Kitchen is still keep quality.

I had been accommodated in this hotel approximately 12 - 13 times since 2004 even it was sold to the other company., Actually the service quality doesn't change, and the kitchen still protect it's quality . This year as I saw that, the management cancelled the hotel's traditional 5 o' clock tea which is near the pool, that wasn't good because of hotel's customers socialization, also the open buffet was insufficient if I compare the previous years , but still it is a good Antalya's classic hotel , because of it's location, interior decoration, gym , spa , beach club , pool as a result I always accommodate there w pleasure.

Staff always had a smile on their face made you feel welcome, the room was excellent, anyone who has never been to Antalya before this hotel would be a great place to stay, especially in the hotter months July/August, the double bed layout in the balcony was excellent.

Beach facilities, the hotel does not have its own dedicated sun loungers on the beach, they rent from another firm set up on the beach front. So the hotel sun loungers are at the back right next to the loud speakers and not very comfortable, to fit further near the front close the sea I was quoted 1500tl for a single sun bed. If you prefer a beach holiday rather then a Pool side (Aqua Park) then this place might not be for you.

Superb setting with easy access to the beach and waterpark. Wonderfullly luxurious pool with a fantastic food and drink bar. Attentive staff in a luxurious hotel. The aquarium is right opposite the hotel and a large shopping centre is only 15 minutes walk away. The best breakfast choice and standard of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Ten minute taxi ride into the old town and the taxi station is next to the hotel.

The hotel's excellent location, cool beach, delicious breakfasts, and the presence of a spa and gym are an advantage. the spa is good, the massage is perfect. The staff cleans very cleanly, the bed linen is always fresh. The hotel is ideal for an independent holiday or a holiday with a couple or a group of friends.

It's time to change the towels and bathrobes, they are already old and have holes. But these are small details that do not spoil a wonderful holiday, they just need to be replaced. And staff don't speak English at the reception.

The hotel value was very good, great location in the city where everything is next to you. There is an amazing water park attached to the hotel is free for the Hotel guests....Thats a plus!! Also they give you a free bed and umbrella at the private beach lounge in front of the hotel....Thats another plus!! There are water activities right in front of the hotel at the beach.

I really like this hotel, I came back for the third time and I can highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel in Antalya! The staff has changed since last year and I think this week is much nicer! And if I had any problems, they helped me immediately. The kitchen is simply perfect! Both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are excellent! The room is very nice, clean, everything is there, I miss only one thing and that is a magnifying mirror but that is subjective. The pool is gorgeous, the service outside is also of a high standard! The perfect choice for a long vacation! I will only come back here! The coffee is fabulous and I would like to thank the hotel for the pleasant surprise for my birthday! It was a wonderful gesture! In addition, I always come back with great pleasure, because the atmosphere of the hotel just captivates you! 🙏🏼🇹🇷❤️😊

Pool was amazing with plenty of spare beds. My room was very modern with a great sea view and balcony to chill out in. The choice at breakfast was really good. Access to the beach was easy and the beach had loads of great places to eat and drink. The old town was just a £5 (approx) taxi away. The staff were really helpful and always smiling and I had a great time using the gym and spa. Finally it would be remiss of me not to mention the Aqua Park which my was superb, my niece and nephews' had a whale of a time there, and it was free too!

I would have loved to organise tours via the hotel but they were expensive compared to other local operators.

This place was awesome! Everyone was friendly, insanely helpful and really going next level to serve you on your vacation. Prices of drinks at the pool were low for what you received. Breakfast could have been a tiny bit better and more balanced for western tourists, but definitely not below standard. The spa facilities were heavenly! We visited the hammam in the hotel that was included in the price like twice per day, it was such a relaxing experience to wind down after a day of sightseeing.

Not much to be honest. Maybe all you can say is the style of the hotel, being all white and red is something you are for or you are not. But that is personal preferences..

The guest relations and reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was always clean; the cleaning happened daily and without any disturbance. I am totally in love with the white-red design concept! The pool area is well-maintained and comfortable. I also enjoyed SPA a lot: the staff, the treatments and the facilities. And the location is the best one can imagine!

The room service staff do not speak good English and it was a struggle to place an order over the phone. Also, the staff at the lobby bar were not particularly attending to the guests except Eric who was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was nicely layed out but there were small flies over the bread section. Also, it would have been great to offer the guests the area map with key attractions as the Internet outside the hotel is not easily available.

Excellent location, just steps from the "Blue Flag" beach. We loved the large balcony with white doeble bed and nice sea view. Modern hotel, with good facilities and tasty breakfast.

Hotel restaurant is comletely painted red - gets a bit annoying day after day. Must be tough for people working there. We just had breakfast there.... Due to the nice location, the hotel hosts many events. During our stay, there were two weddigs and it was very loud. We would have expected hotel to inform the guests about these events. They offered us to change the room, but it was close to midnight and didn't want to do that.
