This is not the first time we have taken this hotel. It is one of the best, or the best 5-star hotel on Konyaaltı (the others '5-stars' have either inferior location/ food/ facilities, and/or more old/ 'tired'). Big rooms, very high quality food, location, water park, fitness room, spa, saunas, etc. - all is excellent. A little more details: rooms are spacious, air conditioning is quiet, cools down to 10 out of 10. Fitness room has many new quality professional equipment, there is a room for cross-fit and aerostretching (on canvases). Hamam, turkish, finnish saunas, jacuzzi, indoor pool, large long outdoor pool. Food - tasty and varied, better than other all-inclusive hotels in that area have (we stayed in two different ones before). Location - to the left of the hotel is a long promenade of stores and restaurants in a beautiful park. To the right is the comfortable and beautiful Konyaaltı beach area. For the runners and occasional cyclists: a new running track (rubber coating) starts from the hotel and lasts to the end of the promenade (to the right), for a 5 km in one direction. There are dedicated bicycle lanes nearby. Opposite the hotel - water park (entrance is free for hotel guests), a large oceanarium; in 10 minutes “up” from the hotel is a large mall - shopping at hand. In 5 minutes “up” from the hotel is a beautiful park area towards the center of Antalya. It's nice that the hotel has improved options for those who likes coffee (compared to our last time): there are two nice bean coffee machines and filtered coffee for the breakfast.

1) I don't know if it's the hotel's decision or some local tradition, but: - large selection of sweets for the evening, and yet no free hot drinks (tea, coffee). Why should guests have to pay for the tea in the evening? Charge the wine, not the tea. - There is tea, coffee, juices in the morning, but the choice of sweets is limited (and sweets are better to eat in the morning, of course). 2) Last time there were toothpastes, brushes, shampoos and lotions in the rooms. This time there were none. A small thing, but at a disadvantage.

Generally this hotel's interior decoration has been never bored the customers, and the kitchen is still good , stuf always good, this year they dealed with calipso beach club which is near the shore, however I really liked the music , shows , and stuf over there . Kitchen is still keep quality.

I had been accommodated in this hotel approximately 12 - 13 times since 2004 even it was sold to the other company., Actually the service quality doesn't change, and the kitchen still protect it's quality . This year as I saw that, the management cancelled the hotel's traditional 5 o' clock tea which is near the pool, that wasn't good because of hotel's customers socialization, also the open buffet was insufficient if I compare the previous years , but still it is a good Antalya's classic hotel , because of it's location, interior decoration, gym , spa , beach club , pool as a result I always accommodate there w pleasure.

Staff always had a smile on their face made you feel welcome, the room was excellent, anyone who has never been to Antalya before this hotel would be a great place to stay, especially in the hotter months July/August, the double bed layout in the balcony was excellent.

Beach facilities, the hotel does not have its own dedicated sun loungers on the beach, they rent from another firm set up on the beach front. So the hotel sun loungers are at the back right next to the loud speakers and not very comfortable, to fit further near the front close the sea I was quoted 1500tl for a single sun bed. If you prefer a beach holiday rather then a Pool side (Aqua Park) then this place might not be for you.

Superb setting with easy access to the beach and waterpark. Wonderfullly luxurious pool with a fantastic food and drink bar. Attentive staff in a luxurious hotel. The aquarium is right opposite the hotel and a large shopping centre is only 15 minutes walk away. The best breakfast choice and standard of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Ten minute taxi ride into the old town and the taxi station is next to the hotel.

Everything was great

The hotel's excellent location, cool beach, delicious breakfasts, and the presence of a spa and gym are an advantage. the spa is good, the massage is perfect. The staff cleans very cleanly, the bed linen is always fresh. The hotel is ideal for an independent holiday or a holiday with a couple or a group of friends.

It's time to change the towels and bathrobes, they are already old and have holes. But these are small details that do not spoil a wonderful holiday, they just need to be replaced. And staff don't speak English at the reception.

The hotel value was very good, great location in the city where everything is next to you. There is an amazing water park attached to the hotel is free for the Hotel guests....Thats a plus!! Also they give you a free bed and umbrella at the private beach lounge in front of the hotel....Thats another plus!! There are water activities right in front of the hotel at the beach.

The facilities were exceptional and the hotel was very clean. Housekeeping is excellent . The staff is amazing and helpful and polite. We had a loveky stay and the room facilities were excellent. Had our towls and sheets changed every day and room cleaned too. The were events on all the time and it was a lively and busy hotel.

We only got the room and used the restaurant when we needed to. The prices for breakfast and dinner went up on the 1st June . In general the prices for breakfast were £9.00 but dinner was £20 the is really expensive. Also last year the hotel had a contract with the the seating near the sea, so you could use the facilities like changing and shower. This had not been renewed by Su Hotel. This was an inconvenience as we had to sit on the beach with towels. The prices now in peak season from June to September pp are in excess of £378 for 1 day and that's a lot.

I really like this hotel, I came back for the third time and I can highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel in Antalya! The staff has changed since last year and I think this week is much nicer! And if I had any problems, they helped me immediately. The kitchen is simply perfect! Both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are excellent! The room is very nice, clean, everything is there, I miss only one thing and that is a magnifying mirror but that is subjective. The pool is gorgeous, the service outside is also of a high standard! The perfect choice for a long vacation! I will only come back here! The coffee is fabulous and I would like to thank the hotel for the pleasant surprise for my birthday! It was a wonderful gesture! In addition, I always come back with great pleasure, because the atmosphere of the hotel just captivates you! 🙏🏼🇹🇷❤️😊

Pool was amazing with plenty of spare beds. My room was very modern with a great sea view and balcony to chill out in. The choice at breakfast was really good. Access to the beach was easy and the beach had loads of great places to eat and drink. The old town was just a £5 (approx) taxi away. The staff were really helpful and always smiling and I had a great time using the gym and spa. Finally it would be remiss of me not to mention the Aqua Park which my was superb, my niece and nephews' had a whale of a time there, and it was free too!

I would have loved to organise tours via the hotel but they were expensive compared to other local operators.
