- The staff are very nice and will help you with everything. Ilker is very friendly and speaks English fluently. - The location is perfect! It's 5 minute walk from Konyaalti beach and despite being in the first floor with balcony facing the street in a tourist attraction area, our room was incredibly quiet. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants and grocery shops nearby. - Transportation was smooth. If you're coming from Antalya airport, the cheapest way is to take havas bus from airport to 5M migros station and then take a taxi to the hotel (about 80TL). If you don't have luggages and it's not a hot day you can walk from 5M to the hotel. You can take the same route for going back to the airport. Also, the bus stop is very near (2 minute walk) and will get you anywhere. There were two lines straight to Kaleici and old town. They have a taxi calling device in front of the entrance and you can call taxis anytime by pushing the button. - The rooms are cute and very clean. We had a double room with balcony, with a separate space for luggages and wardrobe and the balcony was really nice and spacious with table, chairs and a good view. AC was working well too. - Great value for price, and they will get exactly the amount that is dealt in Booking.They accepted $ for payment.

- The shower was a bit small. - The room service is after 2 days (each 2 days) which can cause the room to get a bit dirty. I recommend taking a small shower at the beach before coming back so you won't bring sand and dirt inside.

Location is great - close to the sea, close to many restaurants. Rooms are also comfortable for short staying.

Just wanted to mention for elderly people - there are rooms on different levels and there is no elevator.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach but also to a bus stop, so it is not a problem to get to the city centre. The hotel itself is simple but good, the room was quite big. The staff was nice and helpful.

The water heating system was not working properly, it was either boiling hot or cold. It would be great if there was juice at the breakfast, and sometimes tea was gone before the end of the breakfast time. A small lamp at the bed table would also be appreciated. And as long as I do not require everyday cleaning, an additional toilet paper roll is something that I would expect.

The hotel has very friendly staff who speak English. It is near the beach, and you can use a paid-for beach (Twenty Beach) with a 33% discount. The rooms are of a good size and the breakfast is fresh and good value for money.

The shower in our twin room was tiny but it's a compromise due to having a bigger room but this made having a shower quite uncomfortable. The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day but this did not appear to happen; we had to ask for toilet paper and towels on some days. I think the room was cleaned twice during our stay. which was not great - we had to buy some bleach for the sink due to the smell from the drains but this is quite common in hot countries.

The owner and staff are very nice. There are issues like sewage smell from one of the washrooms during rainy season. We could put up with it since we were out most of the times and kept the bathroom door locked when we were there. Antalya uses solar energy for heating water. So during winter you should just ask the staff or the owner. They start the electric heater. They arranged our breakfast every night since we left before their breakfast time every morning. The room was cleaned after 2 days of stay. We all felt that Rega Otel is pretty nice for the price you pay. If you face any kind of issue all you need to do is ask the owner.

The sewage smell from the toilet in one of the washrooms. Maybe not something they can control. The receptionist did offer giving something to get rid of the smell but he forgot and so did we.

Great location close to the beach , bonus bike hiring as courtesy of hotel. Very friendly staff . All was good , very pleasant stay . Hotel is well looked after . Everything is in good working order. We did enjoy our stay. Highly recommend

Nothing. Just a small suggestion to have a hot fried egg with sausage or chips would make a big difference for breakfast.

The hotel was good, with a great location and friendly staff.

But breakfast was almost the same every day. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning – the shower glass and mirror were not clean. Also, the kettle was very dirty and had a bad smell.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel during our visit. The location is quite good 5 min walk to the beach, local transport available nearby. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms apart from the tiny washroom nothing to complain about. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner was very helpful sharing various details I requested. Overall a pleasant stay.

The washroom was very tiny with the shower and toilet squished together. Also there is no lift in the hotel.

The owner was really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and good value for money. It was quite clean too. The hotel is at a good location with short walk to konyaalti beach. Taxi service right at doorstep and came within two minutes. Overall good value for money. The air conditioning also worked well given the weather was quite warm. Very safe as well with keys to both main entrance and room.

Only that the washroom is small and given the spacious rooms it could have been managed better.

The 2 guys on Reception were exceptional and went the extra mile to my needs.

The only criticism was the aircon unit although it was set at 30 degees it was not warm in the room especially as it was the Winter time, however, it was mentioned that this was the first Winter the hotel was open and changes will be made for next year.
