This is our second time at this hotel and I can say that we will return for the third time when we come to Antalya again. Since last time a few things have changed as they have renovated the outside breakfast area and the breakfasts changed too, now it's buffet style. I honestly prefer the old breakfasts but the buffet is good too. Staff is nice, we had some postcards we couldn't mail because the post offices close for the weekend (and there are no post boxes in the city). We were leaving on Sunday and the lady at the reception have agreed to mail our postcards on Monday and I'm forever grateful for that!

Neat and clean room with functional as well as clean washroom. Luggage storage service available at the reception with access to the washroom, comes in handy if one has checked out. Friendly reception staff who will help arrange tours and cab or transfers as needed at reasonable rates.

Free water (2 small bottles) are provided only on Day-1. After that, you need to buy water on a daily basis. However, there is a water dispenser in the breakfast area, which can be used to fill your bottles with potable drinking water. Relatively thin dry walls separating rooms but thankfully we had good neighbours who weren't noisy!

- Good location, just 15 minutes walk from old city center. Please be aware, this is not beach hotel, but for city tour it is good located - The bed was really big and comfortable - The hotel staff was nice and supportive

- In the evening of one day (from 3 day staying) there was not hot water in shower. It was only a bit warm. - The included breakfast was really small and meager, we preferred to skip it then and take a breakfast outside. But if take in account the price of this accommodation this is not significant con. - Soundproofing is really poor. I highly recommend to take a earplugs for this accommodation

Everything was good! Located in 20-30 minutes from old town and like 5-7 minutes to buses but that’s fine. Breakfast was fine but nothing special (enough to get full))

First of all we would like to say a big thank you to the manager Abdil and the staff from Toprak Otel ! They are very friendly helpful and open people (Lena). They care about you like a family. We enjoyed the Turkish breakfasts outside in the garden. The room was always clean. Location is perfect near the city and the old town, close to many restaurants, cafes, shops, bus and tram station. Everything was great. For sure we gonna choose Toprak Otel again!

Nice hotel to stay in for a night. Delicious breakfast, friendly personnel, close to supermarkets and a tram station. Clean towels, hot water, air conditioner. It was quiet. In general, it was a pleasant experience.

The room was clean, and the bed linen seemed fresh, although there were someone's hairs on the bed, under a blanket and a pillow. One of the walls had multiple big holes. I'm mentioning it only for aesthetic reasons. Those holes didn't influence the functionality of the room anyhow.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, a kettle, and all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was served buffet-style and included one warm dish, cheese, fresh vegetables, yogurt, apples, and tea and coffee. The staff were very helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable.

We were welcomed by the host who kindly offered us tea at our early arrival. All the personal were polite, attentive and helpful. The girls-receptionists spoke russian. The hotel is newly built, amid its likes in the heart of Muratpasa quarter, the room was exactly as in the pictures, clean, bright and pleasant to stay in, with a large balcony. The bathroom equipment was properly functioning. Breakfast included, it differed slightly every day, the main plate with eggs, sausages, olives. Coffee or tea as you wish, also bread and butter, and jam, there were fruits sometimes. The traditional Turkish tea was free to take all the time, that was very nice. WiFi worked well.

Everything was perfect during a several days' stay. The towels changed, the toilet paper brought, the trashcan took out every day. Though the floor in the room hasn't been cleaned and the bed sheets hasn't been changed.

The reception team was absolutely lovely — always helpful, respectful and kind. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, which made me feel safe and relaxed during my stay. The location is also very good, close to restaurants and easy to move around. It’s a simple place, but with heart.

We were greeted by the hotel manager Abdil at the reception, he was very helpful and polite. Abdil organised the taxi for us early in morning to get to the airport and it arrived without any delays. The reception area is really great. We could have a relaxing break in the vey comfortable front garden which looks very cosy and welcoming. We were so happy to meet Rocky - a little dog Abdil owns which made the whole stay unforgettable especially for our son. The whole place looks spotless, simple and very attractive.
