We stayed here for a few days with friends and kids, and overall had a good time. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely trying to make sure guests are happy. Big thanks to the team for their kindness and customer-focused attitude. The location is another highlight — the hotel is set against beautiful mountains and surrounded by pine trees, which adds a really nice atmosphere to the whole stay. The resort offers all the standard services you’d expect from an all-inclusive Turkish hotel: food and drinks 24/7, a kids’ club, entertainment for children, a small waterpark, spa center, and evening shows and festivals. It’s convenient and family-friendly.

The territory is quite compact for the number of rooms and guests. It can feel crowded, and the rooms themselves are very small. In general, the facilities and overall quality are more basic than what you might expect from a 5-star hotel — and it does get quite noisy at times.

Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The location is perfect, with a clean, beautiful sea just steps away. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, ensuring that everyone found something they loved. The hotel offers a wide range of activities throughout the day, keeping us entertained and making our holiday truly enjoyable. Whether you want to relax or stay active, there’s something for everyone. A special thanks goes to the spa center manager, Goshia, for ensuring our stay was both relaxing and memorable. The Thai massage, sauna, and Turkish hamam were absolutely perfect for unwinding and recharging during the holiday. The entire spa team provided top-notch service. Another standout was Ibrahim, the guest relations manager. He was always available to help, quickly addressing any questions or issues we had, making our experience stress-free and unforgettable. Also not to forget about the animation team! Great people who knows how to make the time in Turkey enjoyable! Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful mix of great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service from its dedicated staff. Highly recommended!

The Resort is amazing, with nice staff, the manager Ibrahim was focused in our needs, more than we expected. He booked a nice cabana to our family near the pool and a “la cart”restaurants, helped in our transfers to the airport and Pamukkale…Our room was a family room, with 2 bedrooms perfect for family’s. Nice view. Good shower and air conditioning. Mini bar with water, soft drinks and beer, included. A lot of different restaurants in the resort to attend the different guests.

The staff has some difficulty to speak English but they always to the effort to communicate, we didn’t have any issue.

The room is big enough. The bed is comfortable. Air Conditioning was good, but the position is not optimal it directly blows the air to the bed. The patio was good with sea view. Bathroom is not too big, but it was clean, water wash warm with good pressure. There were lots of toiletries. Food was good, nothing special and it was almost the same for all days. There are good beach snacks and and a good coffeeshop. Staff is friendly and helpful. The sea is very good, the beach is sandy. The number of sunbeds in the shade is limited, you have to wake up really early to get one. Taxi from Airport to the hotel was 50 EUR. They helped us organize a shuttle back to the airport at the end, which was 55 EUR, and the taxi driver was really helpful. Wifi was working great.

Almost every night there are really loud music till midnight it is even loud if you close the doors and the windows. The small houses are very similar, in the maps there are "names" for them like D1, D2, but this is not really painted on them. As some other reviews mentioned there are annoying flies at the beach (specially after dusk).

Amazing staff. Very friendly and welcoming.always available to answer your questions and help out. Special thanks to ibrahim (manager), cem (transfer person) and kataya (kids club). Amazing food and facilities. The food was very fresh with options for special alacarte menu for dinner (and we did not get sick which was our main concern of an all inclusive after reading reviews of other hotel). Drinks were readily available. We do not drink alcohol hut for those who do beer and cocktails were available at all times by the pool. The facilities include small aqua park for kids, water slides, beach, kids club, sports facilities spa and evening entertainment. It was very relaxing and we wish we could have spent more than the 3 days we booked. Rooms were big and comfortable

I think the option to have all inclusive without alcohol (at slightly cheaper prices) would have been preferred and ideally we would like to see that option if we were to book in the future. The music played from 930-1130 in the night is a little too loud specially for families with smaller kids trying to sleep. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

It is a lovely 5-star resort. Perfect location, extensive sandy beach, large walking areas, 24 hours room services. Minibar daily updated, rooms are cleaned daily. Restaurants, bars, coffees, especially the main restaurant and bar near the mini shop, are providing excellent food and variety of delicious cocktails and drinks. Daily entertainments are available for kids and adults. Spa services, medical massage, Bali massage all are in a reasonable prices. I am strongly recommending for couples and large families. Thanks to all management and each staff of Crystal Flora.

Large green area, good aquapark, delicious foods and beverages, perfect house keeping, extensive sandy beach, crystal clear pools, helpful staff. Spa and wellness centre provides excellent services with very much reasonable prices. I liked the amphitheatre, volleyball and tennis arenas too.

Staff were INCREDIBLE! Prior to our arrival we were already in contact with Ibrahim from guest relations. This was a great touch as he answered any and all my questions prior to checking in. Check-in was smooth, friendly and fast. Entertainment staff were outstanding and kept us laughing and engaged will all their planned activities (there are many every day). Bartenders were friendly and experienced. Waitrons were equally good. We particularly enjoyed all the ala carte restaurant. Rooms were newly renovated. The pool and beach cabanas were a hit with the adults and the water slides a hit with our kids. We were a family group of 9 and we were well accommodated wherever we went. most staff had good knowledge of English which was a great help. Our overall experience was amazing and would come back in a heart beat.

Only points I'd share here is that the housekeeping staff needed more training. Rooms took ages to be cleaned and sometimes towels and drinks were not replaced. I'd also like to suggest that they supply double bed duvets for the double beds as my wife and I had to each use separate duvets.

Cozy hotel with well-kept area on the first line, close to Antalya airport. A large beach, divided by small piers into several sectors. There are sunbeds that are closed from the direct sun almost all day, which is very convenient. Flat entrance to the sea, where there are areas with a clean sandy bottom and rocky - the water is cleaner, but aqua shoes are recommended. A variety of food and drinks in the main restaurant, you can always find where to eat or snack during the day. The rooms are located in 2-3 storey buildings, not too spacious, but good enough, sound insulation is fine. The rooms have everything necessary, with special requests you can always contact the staff. In general, the staff deserves separate praise. Everyone is very responsive, always very quick to respond to any request. Our SPECIAL thanks to the managers Ibrahim and Melissa, the barman Anton and, of course, Gosha.

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Flora Beach Resort. The location is perfect, right on the beach with great views and plenty of activities. A special thank you to Mr İbrahim Ersek, the Guest Relations Manager, who looked after us throughout our stay. He was caring, efficient, and always approachable, and made us feel truly welcomed. We also want to mention Gökhan, the spa & wellness expert, who was fantastic – professional, friendly, and made our spa experience really memorable. We especially enjoyed the water activities, relaxing in the spa, dining at the variety of restaurants, and the evening shows, which were top-level even by 5-star standards. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back!

We went with our friends at the end of the season. The hotel is very nice, located in quite picturesque place overlooking the mountains and the see. The price policy was very nice at the end of the season - we got a good value for money compared to other nearby hotels. The stuff was friendly and attentive. Many cats on the territory of the hotel, sometimes you have to fight with them for food, but no big incidents ))) Special thanks to Melissa for making our stay a bit longer via late check-out.
