We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping came daily, fresh towels were provided, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. The landscaping of the hotel was beautifully done—it added a relaxing and aesthetic touch to the whole environment. The beach area was clean and spacious, and the pier was absolutely lovely. It’s worth noting, though, that to get a sunbed on the pier, you need to wake up quite early, especially during the high season. The food in general was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from at every meal. The patisserie section deserves a special mention—it was excellent. The cakes and ice creams were fresh and really tasty. Also, the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel worked well and had a strong connection, which was a big plus for us. There was DJ entertainment every evening, and one night there was a Latin-themed night—it was fun and lively, and added a nice touch to the holiday atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Most of them seemed genuinely focused on guest satisfaction, which made a positive impact on our overall experience. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel with peace of mind.

One downside we experienced was at the grill section during dinner. The portions were extremely small—almost to a laughable extent. One evening, for example, grilled salmon was being served, but the portion given was so tiny it didn’t even fill a single tablespoon. When I asked about it, the staff explained that it was to make sure there was enough for everyone. However, I believe if a dish is going to be served in such limited quantity, it would be better either to prepare more according to the number of guests or not serve it at all. Offering such a minimal portion can negatively affect the perception of quality.

Drinks, ice cream :) Nice beach for adults with lots of fishes if one likes snorkeling. Relaxing atmosphere that is recently renovated.

Stand in line to get some types of food. Some dishes seeamed not so fresh and varied. Lack of activities in the hotel, nothing to do except eat and drink... maybe for someone this is not a problem but we got bored... Elevator did not reach third floor, had to take stairs from secound to third floor. Abit over priced

My trip was short, but I had enjoyed every day. The facilities were good, the staff was very friendly even I arrived after midnight. Reception area looked great and fresh flowers, roses indeed were beautiful. The alley way is under pine trees so even in a very hot time of the day iy is rather cool. Garden is lovely, well organised for rest and number of lounge on the beach is sufficient. The sea was amazing, very warm and clean. Food was fresh and nice. I also had a massage at Spa, the lady was amazing, truly recommend. Overall I would be happy to visit again. Thank you to Rose Garden.

Lovely hotel, on the smaller side, which we prefer. Its an older building which has been sympathetically refurbished. The food is lovely fresh produce, mainly traditionally Turkish. The location was right on the beach with plenty of sun beds. The pool area was spotlessly clean.

The hotel is located amongst lots of other all inclusive hotels so no other amenities near by. The majority of the guests are Russian and we found them to be quite rude. In addition, they smoke A LOT .

From the moment we first entered the hotel, the welcome and attention was very nice. We liked the location of the hotel very much. Every detail has been considered and everything in the hotel has been renovated. The food was very delicious. Our room was cleaned every day, especially the quality of the towels and bed linen was surprisingly good. We had a wonderful holiday with very attentive and caring staff. I definitely recommend it!

It was an amazing stay. The check-in process was smooth, our luggage was carried to the room, and the room was clean and tidy. We were informed by the reception what is included in the ultra all-inclusive package. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily, as well as our room and beach towels. The personnel all around the hotel were very helpful, smiling, and kind. Special thanks to Ms. Ceyhan, she absolutely made our holiday very special. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were nicely prepared and presented, and there were various options for different dietary needs. The 3 bars of the hotel were available throughout the day, and nice alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were available. The hotel’s cozy open-air bar hosts tasteful live musicians and DJ performances every night, ensuring a sophisticated ambiance. The beach is cozy and the sea is just wonderful. The personnel constantly help with sunbeds and umbrellas, and they also clean and tidy all day long. The snack bar was fantastic, big special thanks to the snack bar employees and the Chef. It was an unforgettable stay, looking forward to visiting again.

The amount of food and the service periods could be shortened. I have seen a huge amount of wasted food and drinks by the guests, which is, unfortunately, sad, but not the fault of the hotel.

This hotel was beautiful. All the facilities were impressively clean, the layout stunning, and pool was perfect and often quite.. The staff ALL went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt truly pampered as guests. The food quality, quantity and variety was incredible, and between service, which is minimal, the chef makes fresh hot food to order! Anything you want just ask! If you’re up for a party the chill out zone sounded like a whole lot of fun, and if you’re about chilling out with a coffe on the terrace, there’s that here too. There’s private nooks, a/c areas, and cute balconies, or a 3 minute stroll to sitting on the pier listening to the crashing waves… The a/c in the room was brilliant, the WiFi was strong, and I have to mention the bean to cup coffee, which was available on tap… I already miss it 😢 The shower was amazing. A good mix of family’s, and couples, nice clean rooms and a very reasonable price - I could go on!! A great hotel choice 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 highly recommend.

Only one very tiny thing..Would suggest moving the dart board from the tree behind the ping-pong table, and next to the food cart where people queue. I felt uneasy with a 7 year old throwing darts at a slim tree behind me… Perhaps remove it all together, wet floors, hyper kids and parents with free alcohol maybe aren’t the best combination! 😁

This is more of a boutique hotel type which definitely delivers on quality: - Nice and well-kept surroundings - Good buffet, fresh fish every day - High-quality alcohol served (maybe just the wine was so-so) - Welcoming and responsive staff, especially the reception team. We happened to have numerous custom requests during our 1-week stay, and they helped us tremendously - The beach has some pebbles, but it's easy to access "deep water" through the pier - A la carte restaurant – superb. My wife had a birthday on the day we went there, and they set to make us a cake before I even asked to arrange some "surprise" (again kudos to the reception team) This is not a grand family hotel with intensive animation, water slides, large themed parties and so on. If you just want to chill and relax, this is a great place.

A big disadvantage is that many rooms face the backyard – basically with a view of the wall of the neighbouring hotel. The rooms facing the inner garden are better, although most are smallish. We were happy to be put into a better room (thank you!) and spent most time outside anyways :)

What truly set this experience apart was the staff, and Viktoriya, the most incredible host we’ve ever met. Her warmth, kindness, and constant attention made us feel truly welcome. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect, and her presence alone made a huge difference. Viktoriya is an absolute star and a credit to this hotel. Thank you to her sister as well! Our stay at Rose Garden Premium Hotel was exceptional in every way. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The food was fresh and tasty, the pool and garden area were spotless, and everything was thoughtfully organized. In short: a peaceful, well-run hotel with heart, made exceptional by the staff. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

We spent a week at this hotel and were very happy with our stay! The hotel recently underwent a complete renovation — the rooms have a modern makeover and the grounds look stylish and well-maintained. It’s a true boutique hotel with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for couples looking to relax in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with regular and thorough housekeeping. The property is a great mix of nature and thoughtfully designed spaces where it’s nice to walk around and unwind. Special thanks go to the staff — they really went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. A big shoutout to Bencet and Tolkin for their attentiveness, promptness, and fulfilling every request we had. They always greeted us with a smile and created a warm, caring atmosphere. Also, thanks to Victoria for her amazing client-oriented approach — she was always ready to help and answer any questions with kindness. As for areas to improve, we’d love to see more varied entertainment programs — during our stay, there were only a few activities, but having more options for both kids and adults would be great. Also, the bar service could be a bit faster: drinks took quite some time to prepare, which sometimes slowed down the waitstaff. Improving this would definitely enhance the overall service. Overall, this boutique hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a stylish, comfortable, and heartfelt getaway for two.
