This hotel truly lives up to the definition of 100% all-inclusive. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly taken care of—meals, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, room service, activities, and entertainment. There were no hidden charges or surprises, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. The variety and quality of food and drinks exceeded expectations, and the staff ensured every detail was covered. It's rare to find a place where "all-inclusive" genuinely means everything, but this hotel delivers exactly that .A special thanks to Saniye, Mustafa, and Ender for arranging a beautiful anniversary cake and helping make the celebration for our friends and family a real success—it was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated.

I'd like to call this as a constructive feedback rather and that was the lack of staff who could communicate in English. For a hotel rated 5 stars and catering to international guests, it's essential to have handful of staffs in each department who can speak at least basic English. It made it difficult to resolve issues or ask simple questions, which affected the overall experience. Thankfully, Mr. Niyaz was incredibly helpful and the only staff member who could communicate fluently in English—huge thanks to him for his support throughout our stay.

Nothing specially good, nothing specially bad, - it was a solid hotel, I mean, there are no reasons why to avoid visiting it but in the same time I cant say it was a unique or super nice expirience. We enjoyed our stay there and everything was fine in common, but we personnaly wouldnt visit it for the second time. It was worth its money though.

1. In general it felt like we were in Russia and not in Turkey, hotel staff always started conversations in russian, russian music everywhere and so on. Cannot say I liked that. 2. the beds had some kind of rubber covering under the sheets and although I understand the reasons for this, it was quite uncomfortable as the body felt the rubber and sweated more than usual. 3. We got a room 2235 which balcony went out to another hotel were Russian music played non stop from 9am till 10pm without a break and it was very loud, even if you close everything you still could hear it in the room.

I was highly impressed how the cleanliness was maintained. After each meal the personal quickly took care of the tables and prepared it for new guests. The same attention was noticed over the territory in general. Another good part you have a lot of trees around the territory and even some dropping the shade on the outdoor pool! It is so nice and I never seen that before. The kids club which works from early morning to late night is very convenient. We didn’t use it even for 30 percent of the time but at least we had a comfort knowing that we could leave the kid at each moment she wanted to play there. And in the afternoon they had some fun activities altogether next to the pools: playing pirates, water sports, etc. The hotel is highly recommended for families with kids.

The only disappointment I found is QR code menus next to the pools. I understand and relate to reducing the paper in the hotel building however I do not have my phone on hand at any point in time in all-inclusive hotel, especially next to the pool bars.

An excellent hotel in every way, a wonderful holiday experience... First of all, we arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in time. Although we did not make any special requests, they upgraded our reservation to a ready room with 2 higher features to avoid making us wait because we had a small child. We stayed during the eid-holiday period and in nearly 40 degrees celcius, but from the first moment to the last, we were always greeted with the smiling faces and helpfulness of the entire staff. All the employees are extremely attentive, they genuinely work tirelessly to ensure you have a happy holiday despite the intense heat and workload. The entire facility was spotless and very organized. We were truly amazed by the food; we had never encountered such consistent flavor and quality from breakfast to dinner, from the snack bar to the fruits, at any hotel we had stayed in before. Special thanks to Ms. Çağla from the reception, Mr. Fetih, Mr. Niyaz, and Mr. Ali, bellboy Uras, Mr. Doğukan, Mr. Alper, Ms. Dilara from the restaurant, all the snack bar and pool bar staff, and all the other hotel staff whose names we do not know for providing such high-quality and friendly service. Besides recommending it to everyone around us, we will definitely come again.

Great clean territory, very good pool and rest zones, good food. Everything met our expectations

The mosque is very close to the hotel, very loud. The DJ at the pool also sometimes played too loudly, it was impossible to put the child to sleep

The service in general was excellent. Many workers were super client-oriented. However some employees weren’t enough trained for their roles. The quality and variety of food and drinks in the main restaurant and other food places was exceptional. The hookah bar was great with the very proficient and client oriented barman. The territory of hotel was absolutely well-conditioned and comfortable.

Wifi was terrible as for 5 stars hotel, interruptions of connection were permanently. A mosque is nearby, so we should listen loudly praying several times a day with the first at 4:30 am. A-la-card restaurants didn’t have value for money, because of the great main restaurant and nothing special in the ordered restaurant. A lot of noisy toddlers sometimes were disturbing because of the family oriented hotel.

the room could have been in better quality, feels a little bit old. a little too far from Anatalya center than i would like it to be.

Everything about our stay was great. Beautiful territory, super nice, friendly, attentive staff. Amazing food and drinks. The view of the mountains is just something else. I traveled with my parents and we’ve had a blast. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is probably the 1st hotel I’d consider again for our vacation.
