The outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful with Mountain Views one side & sea views the other. The pool was large & though not heated was still warm enough in October to enjoy. The deluxe suite was large with a huge comfortable bed, slept really well.

The beach wasn’t very beautiful (but typical of that area around Kemer) & the immediate surrounding location wasn’t as beautiful as other parts of Türkiye.

Friendly staff, large comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, fantastic range of food and drinks. Some good entertainment. There seemed to be a few activities but the information for them wasn't always clear, perhaps a notice board with the schedule for the week would help

The music at the bar seemed to go on until 1am which you could clearly hear in the room. Although there were signs stating towels would be removed from loungers by the pool after an hour, this never seemed to happen. Luckily there were other loungers by the sea. Perhaps during busy season the staff are more active at this.

Everything was spectacular, the staff were beyond helpful and super friendly it’s like they couldn’t do enough for you. All areas of the hotel were always immaculately clean and once inside, you honestly feel like you’re in paradise. The pictures displayed are amazing but don’t do it enough justice. This was the best holiday we’ve ever been on and before we left we were already looking at dates to book for the following year. Can’t say enough good things about this place it was sooo good!! The all inclusive aspect made it so comfortable too. Things like being able to have water and coffee and cocktails whenever you wanted made such a difference. The mini bar in the room is also included in the all inclusive, and there’s a 24/7 bar. There are set meal times breakfast is 7-10:30 lunch is 12:30-2:30 and dinner is 7-9:30 however they also have a lounge that serves sandwiches and pastries and cookies from 4-7 pm if you get hungry between meal times and also 12:30 - 2:00 (am) if you get hungry late at night. There’s always options to see you through.

As part of the package- they give you one free night of dining at the a la carte restaurant. When we checked in they told us they booked it for Tuesday so we went to try and go in and the man at the restaurant said he didn’t have our booking we went to reception who told us there had been an error and that he would book us for Wednesday then the same thing happened, we eventually got to dine there on Thursday but there was a bit of miscommunication between the restaurant and reception and us regarding that but everything else was fantastic.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. The sea & mountain views, interior & relaxing music will make you feel like living on a tropical island)) Clean & comfortable rooms. Polite & friendly staff, always ready to help. The food is excellent, the choice of dishes is superb: pastries, fresh fruits & vegetables, various kinds of cheese, meat, fish. Super delicious ice cream in a waffle cone, cooked on site! Special thanks for the live music performed by the Black and Blue band (if I remember the band name right)! I would go back to Balmy hotel again & again.

No ironing facilities in the rooms.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!

I was genuinely impressed by this hotel — from the stunning design, where every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, to the warm and cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The aesthetic is both elegant and inviting, creating a space you simply don’t want to leave. The food deserves a special mention: delicious, diverse, and refreshingly creative — far from the usual hotel fare. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality added so much warmth to my experience. Although I wasn’t lucky with the weather during my stay, the hotel, its atmosphere, and the beauty the team has created more than made up for it. It truly brightened my time in Turkey. This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Turkey — and I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel styled in a boho design, with great attention to detail. It’s delightful that natural materials are used throughout. The grounds are small but charming. This is a hotel for those who enjoy a calm, relaxed getaway. The food is delicious and varied, and the freshly brewed coffee is superb. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. There are engaging activities on-site without any intrusive entertainment. In the evenings, there’s live music or a DJ. They serve quality imported alcohol. Special thanks for the amazing candle-making masterclass.

The beach looked unkempt, but that was likely because we were at the very start of the season and it hadn’t been prepared yet. The pool isn’t heated, so early in the season the water is cool. Strangely, the light inside the wardrobe in the room wouldn’t turn off, and since its doors were slatted, it made the room quite bright at night.

Great place to stay! We spent our honeymoon here and were so relaxed. Best things are the views of the sea and mountains, the buffet (food was very good), spending sunrise on the beach, we also had massages which were great.. staff are also friendly and nice!

We had to switch rooms as the AC unit outside our room was very loud, but the staff were understanding and changed it quickly for us. Only thing we would change is maybe improving the cocktails, everything else is exceptional!!

This place is amazing! Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. The staff is amiable and helpful, but not annoying. I appreciate small details there - good playlists, eco straws, and the way of greeting the guests. My sister and I especially liked yoga and fly yoga classes.
