Very nice property located away from the busy road. Incredible views of the sea and the mountains, comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms; the property is very large and has everything you need for a nice vacation by the beach; nice staff; great entertainment at night. Food was excellent as well! We'll be back for sure!

No iron in the room - have to pay to get anything ironed; some of the sales people were to aggressive trying to sell their products and services. Area around the property is run down, noting to do in town.

Constantly getting hassled to buy SPA procedures is extremely annoying. Im there to rest, not listen to sales pitches about a service like Im on a bazaar.

Very beautiful well-kept green area and lots of pine trees. Close to the sea 5 minutes. The territory is compact. The pools are clean with mountain views and the most important thing is that the water in them is warm. A big plus is the pool for small children 35 cm with a covered, where warm water and shade and you could swim even at lunchtime. There are good slides in the water park, also 2 fun slides for small children. The beach is cleaned, there is sand, you can play with your child. There are handrails for the disabled in the sea. There are large stones in the sea, the entry is not gentle, you need slippers for swimming. The food at the hotel is normal. Every morning you can make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. The rooms are spacious and quite clean. A big plus of rooms with mountain views is that they are quiet. We were given a bed for baby, but there is also a sofa, which is a folding bed and your child can comfortably sleep on it. Also a big plus is that the stage is located quite far from the rooms and there is no loud music. Sometimes you could hear music from the car at night, which regularly came past the hotel, it's for 2 minutes, but it would be better without it. It is also a plus that there is an amusement park, there is a train for small children, a swing and radio-controlled cars. In general, the rest was comfortable.

We traveled with the family (4 adults, one baby of 1 year old). At the same time many of our friends and their families also joined, so in total we were 20 people with 4 small babies. The hotel is very convenient for families with small children and babies: a lot of various food, separate diet corner with simple food, vegan options, children canteen with blenders to make your own baby meals. A play room./kids center heated swimming pool (at least before 1st of May) very nice spa zone and covered pools, children pools too. Excellent lobby zone and services, we really felt to be taken care of. Awesome yoga studio. we followed classes every day and we would like to thank a yoga teacher who was there wednesday-thursday, very kind lady who took good care of us. Alexandra from guest relations was very kind and helpful. Neloophare (sorry if misspelled) from animation team is great, very energetic zumba and kangoojump class.

The territory right outside the hotel zone is a little depressing and in decay. the contrast is very big and makes you feel uncomfortable. However, the walk towards the old tunnel is nice and gives a beautiful view. Baby center is open from 10:00 till 12:30 and from 14h30 till 17h. It would be better to keep in open from early morning since children wake up early and often they need activities as early as 8.00. Commercial and some entertainment staff were intrusive at times. This type of hotel should suggest more modest attitude from personnel. It is not a bazar.

This good sized property had lovely large rooms, and an amazing buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with regular, diet, vegan, local and international food options. There were several bars and a couple of snack places. It was nice having a variety of things to visit and see around the property. The bars had better quality liquor than other all inclusive around here, and a decent cocktail menu. The view of the mountains was amazing.

The spa seemed pricey for the services, and definitely wasn't a traditional hammam experience. Ladies, be aware as we weren't informed ahead of time to bring a bikini or something similar to wear under the small flimsy piece of fabric they will have you wear as they walk you past men, as there are no separate areas for men and women. While it wasn't an issues for us as we enjoyed the location near the mountains, be aware that this property is located about 45-60 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

Beautiful location, friendly and attentive staff, large rooms with big bathrooms, lovely pools and the pier. Food was good, too. Stayed here twice already and can’t fault it - perfect hotel in its price category.

The rooms and some of the facilities are a bit worn out and could do with some sprucing up. Would be great to have more lounge chairs in the indoor pool. Also, this year there were no macaroons in the lobby - but now I’m just being nit picky ;-)

The location is perfect close to Antalya. Its between the mountains and a village so no noise hotel around. Food is good generally. The majority of staff is good and friendly. Pool is huge. The territory is not huge which is good everything can be reached easily. Cleaning is very good.

Only 2 special days for dinner like seafood and turkish food, rest days is repetitive. Lunch is almost the same everyday but its enough to eat full and everything is available from duck to beef liver. Turkish desserts are poor quality, not only they are not made from pistachio like it is supposed to be, the nuts inside are barely found. We have a problem with stuff members couple of times one was rude at the bar, another one did not take our order 8 minutes before the closure of the cafeteria. But guest relation solved the last issue. And the first issue was solved but other colleagues apologizing for their rude friend. Music sound is very loud, my kid and other children were covering their ears and some parents and elderly people were leaving the show.

I like the hotel and highly recommended, it is big hotel with nice big reception, the restaurant is huge and the buffet was wonderful, you can find lots of varieties , the views of beach and pool side was amazing, they have schedule of programs for adults and children, the rooms was big and comfortable, the people very helpful, all staff in the reception very kind and helpful, you can asked for Mr Aziz in the reception .

We had a perfect holiday! The hotel has a very large territory — every morning started with a 3 km walk and a super tasty iced coffee! The cocktail selection was wide and varied, and all the drinks were delicious. The food selection was endless (I gained 2 kg in 4 days!). The desserts were outstanding — every cake was a work of art. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant — 10/10. Our room (1201, on the 2nd floor) had an amazing view and was incredibly spacious. The music at the pool area was so good and fit the atmosphere perfectly — it really added a special vibe! Compliments to the person who put together the playlist! The foam party was also a really fun surprise, and the DJ did a great job! The nightclub wasn’t operating, and while the daytime activities were very enjoyable, it’s not really a place for partying. We felt truly welcome, and it was clear the staff put their whole heart into making guests feel good. The hotel is luxurious, spacious, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. We were very satisfied!

A small observation: we missed having a beach/pool bag in the room to carry things like sunscreen from the hotel room. It was a bit bothersome that conversations were always started in Russian, even though we’re actually from Estonia and don’t speak a single word of Russian!! Since it’s a very large complex, there are always some areas that need work and maintenance — during our stay, there was major construction happening on the beach, so we didn’t spend time there. Of course, it’s understandable that maintenance and construction work need to be done.

The spa facilities including the reception staff and therapists were amazing!
