There were also many aspects we liked. The children’s activities were excellent and professionally managed, and the play areas were spacious and airy. Having a separate dining area for children was a big advantage. Additionally, the pools were clean, and the rooms were kept very tidy. We also appreciated that we could get a stroller free of charge, which was a very helpful convenience for us. Moreover, the fact that entry to The Land of Legends was free of charge was a very well-thought-out benefit.

During our stay at Rixos, we experienced several issues. The restaurant was quite far from our room. Despite having a baby, we were given a room that required climbing stairs in the corridor. The food was very repetitive and lacked variety. It was also confusing to find where different dishes were located, as there was a general sense of disorganization. Breakfast was quite ordinary and did not reflect the quality one would expect from Rixos. The activities and animation were both limited and located far away. By 6:00 AM, the shaded sunbeds around the pool were already reserved with towels, making it almost impossible to find a spot. We could only find space on the regular sunbeds. The aquapark was quite small, and the beach was poorly maintained and very rocky.

Enormous area with gardens, swimming pools, restaurants and bars for every taste and preference. The best Kids club I ever saw, being like a hotel inside the hotel with their own water park, adventure centre, restaurant, entertainment stage. Every possible workshop for every age - from dancing, painting to Lego, making robots, DJ sessions, Playstations competitions and so much more. The brand new Marina pool and Marina bar are in the quite area of the resort, closed off from the wind, which was important in October. The drinks included in the all inclusive are not the standard "local equivalent", but imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands. All and all we had a brilliant stay, though too short of course!

Can't fault on anything, may be in high season it would be too busy in the main restaurant, but in October we never had any issues to find a table and did not experience any long queues

We really liked the hotel, the service was good. The food was great, just a bit mess during some times. The activity for children is amazing! Lots of theme parties for kids. Also, the adult shows were incredible! The water park side is super fun! Lifeguards are all over which is really relaxing to see. And the sea, OMG a great spot to jump from into the water.

I was a disappointed our mini bar was not filled on a daily basis. Also, we booked a room for 4 people, but never got enough towels nor blankets!

The hotel is very wonderful. There are trees everywhere and the mountain view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and very close. The water slides are wonderful. The children’s club is more than wonderful.،

The food is good but for Rixos it should be better. The spa has high prices, regular massage

Frankly, I am not the "all inclusive" person, but thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The hotel area is vast and offers everything one may need. The food buffets are excellent and offer (allmost: too) much, in good to very good quality, especially given the size of the place. The entertainment and activity area also for children is excellent and well organized, as well as the gym (both the courses and the personal tips for training are good, special thanks to Obi). We also very much appreciated that the staff is not only friendly and well-trained, but also does not show any inclination to collect tips.

You should be aware of the following facts, which are not necessarily a disadvantage: if you leave the hotel area, there is not much around there. Amenities and extra services within the hotel are on the pricey side. Especially the main building needs some renovating.

Everything was just perfect, anyone who has kids and wants to have fun as much as he and his kids should visit sungate , They care about children and their activities. Their kids club is huge and includes all ages. It has many activities that do not end until midnight. Your children of all ages will be happy. They invited us twice to the a la carte restaurants, that was very kind of them, there was a group of helpers on WhatsApp ready to make our vacation easy and comfortable, thank you to them. I highly recommend spending your vacation there

The only thing I believe can be better is food It was so repetitive and sea food wasn’t delicious. And there was one snack bar for 4-5pm that serve everyday same things semit and baklava.no sandwiches no hot snack I was expected fresh juice for breakfast for 5star hotel And blow dryer didn’t work properly Thanks

We stayed there mid October, and it was perfect - the water was still comfortably warm, but the air was not hot anymore. The hotel territory is huge, the staff is very friendly. The food is good - always fresh fish and meat, lots of vegetables and fruits. I liked everything I tried. Sometimes we preferred to have lunch at the snack bar because it's by the water and you always could find some warm meals there. We took the marine room option in the building 4. I think it's a good choice for two people, but a bit too small for two adults with a kid - our situation. Overall, it's definitely a good value or money. Big thanks to the staff! I would highly recommend.

Minor things. I expected some fresh juice, but there wasn't. Keep in mind, it has a very mixed crowd - couples, single people, families with kids. In a way it's too big, so it lacked coziness and personal approach. But this is very subjective :) Our room was next to the "chiller" facility, the sound was there all the time. Not too loud though. I think if you ask in advance, they can find you something away from it.

All inclusive, one-stop shop for family needs in a breathtaking, natural surroundings by the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Rixy Kids Club truly is above and beyond typical holiday resorts, packed with fun activities and first class facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Moreover, my 5-year old daughter has had a whale of a time at The Land of Legends (!) - free shuttle bus service from Rixos Sungate and free entrance too as part of the hotel package.

Weather wasn’t great for the first two days, not that it was the fault of the property. Saying that, when the sun is out, it is a Mediterranean paradise!
