My family and I had a great summer holiday at this hotel. Service, entertainment, animation for children, swimming pools, service staff, food at the highest level, and especially - the nature that surrounds the hotel. This is the place where you can spend unforgettable impressions with your family! Special thanks to Semra Kaya (I apologize in advance if I wrote the last name and first name incorrectly) for cleaning the room, everything was Super! Everything was perfect: the room was very good and modern with some smart elements, a very big choice of food all day long till 4am and the food was delicious. The territory is not too big, but it’s organized very well. Wonderful pools: with sun and shadow, some r quiet and some r not, there’s one with jacuzzi and one with water slides…anything you want. Animators with their games were amazing. There are great shows every night. (Acrobatic show was the best!) The entire hotel looked new and there was nothing broken or ruined.

It’s not easy to find free sunbeds: people r “reserving” them with towels for the whole day, even when they r going to lunch or to their room. It’s not nice for other guests, but people don’t understand it. There are no snacks in the mini bar, only drinks.

Our stay in the hotel was really unbelievable and worth the money. The hotel has a huge territory with lots of entertaining places, several indoor and outdoor pools, many restaurants, private beach and bars that provide free drinks all day long. The food was excellent 👌main restaurant was my fav place to eat. The room was clean and cozy. Entertainment group was working all day to make everyones stay more exiting. I especially remembered Can , the guy who was taking care of everyone’s mood. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave the hotel🥹

The internet connection was weak.

The resort had many different spaces to use. Food options were various and from many different restaurants. Many spaces for kids. Staff were super firendly and helpful.

Timimg for resurants were short for me (2 hours for each meal), the down side was that one burgur place was open after 9 pm which had only burgur and fries, so not vegan friendly as such. Many of the staff had limited english (close to non in some cases) which made it a bit hard to communicate.

- newly refurbished rooms, good A/C - great variety of food. What was the most pleasant - the buffet is opened 12:00-21:00 and you can actually order something you want to eat which will be cooked in front of you - the territory is very tidy and very well looked after - the stuff is very polite, literally everyone - entertainment team is over the top, we were never bored and didn’t even want to get any excursions - the hotel runs different programs every evening: dance shows, life music shows, karaoke nights - morning sport activities were excellent as well as afternoon ones - spa facilities and stuff were amazing

My reservation was ( Love Suite) highly recommend for couple The staff was friendly (needs more English language ) Location perfect for relaxing Pool & beach good Bars was good spa was clean and friendly Night events was acceptable

No WIFI inside my room - (to be honest - I was not reported that to staff - I was happy without connection) Food the (main meals and snack) was not tasty at all, there is a lot of different type of food by with without quality - I'm visiting antalya since 2015 at least 2 time per year and I know the Turkish food very delicious - Disappointed !

swim up room was fantastic! The champagne and fruit was a wonderful unexpected surprise! It really made our stay. Thankyou 😊🙏🏼

corridor decor looked a bit tired in places. Booked seafood restaurant but no one told us it had been cancelled

The staff are very helpful and the cleaners are great! It was a nice resort and the entertainment was good. They had lots of options for drinks :)

No beach access so that was a bit disappointing. The buffer was good but not amazing, and they only 2 hours for dinner which I though was really short. The mattresses are very firm, it was too much for me.

Beautiful location and beach, great pools and perfect for kids, amazing food and drinks, comfortable room, fun entertainment.

It would have been good to have the bathroom (mainly the toilet and sink) more thoroughly cleaned by the cleaning staff during our stay. It would also be nice to provide some kind of Halloween event for the kids on Halloween.

In general its a very very nice hotel. Everything (sea, swimming pools, the room, food) is great.

Its a huge hotel. A bit loud all the time due to amount of guests, music, animation.
