Very nice facilities, nice personal, always cleaning, fixing things. Many events in the evening plus after parties. Great if you want to party a bit but not a hard core party Hotel as there are quiet areas and chill things to do as well. Nice variety of foods and although they start repeating after a while there is a great and wide selection. Basically there is some place to eat or drink around the clock, either at the restaurant or the food court, they even have a patiserie and coffee shop, several bars. The beach is wide and there are many sunbeds

The pier and the cabanas cost extra 120-150 euro per cabana to rent per day, so it's a bit deciving if you choose this hotel for its beautiful sunbeds on the pier, know you'll have to pay extra to access them. Whilst they do offer kids services, I would say this is not the most exciting hotel to visit with kids as it is more youngsters friendly than family I would say (e.g. parties on the pier end at 12 AM and they are quite loud, you would have to shut the windows to be able to sleep sooner than that), but after that it is rather quiet and only some areas continue to be loud during night time. Bathrooms could be a bit larger, as the sink and entrance into the shower are a bit cramped

The hotel staff, and the pool, the beach is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The entertainment team and events are awesome. The food is good! Especially the food court.

I didn't like the fact that you need to pay for a lot of stuff at the hotel: the beach cabinets, the private tanning beds, and a lot of beverages are not included, so it was a bit of a bummer, and the room cleaning wasn't really good. And the parties at night are very repetitive - every night the same music selection (mainstream and Russian) I think It has much more potential...

The food was consistently high-quality, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The area around the hotel buildings is well-maintained, with neatly trimmed landscaping and regular cleaning. The beach and swimming area are also kept clean and inviting.

We booked sea-view rooms; however, the view was partially obstructed by another hotel building. One of the rooms had an unpleasant odor coming from the drainage system, while the other room was in good condition. The gym should be larger and better equipped with more workout options.

All facilities were clean and good. Staff were helpful and always greeted with a smile.

Food was below average.

The service, facilities, staff were just incredible. Everyone spoke really good English (despite the negative reviews?) We got a beach cabana for a couple of days and service was impeccable, i believe it was Sadye serving us and she was amazing! Food and drinks were lovely, couldn't have asked for more Don't even get me started on the patisserie as well, I think it put on half a stone in a few days but I enjoyed every minute of it!

Only comment would be lack of sunbeds for the guests. For us, we were only staying a couple of days and very happy to splash out on the cabanas in any case! But if we had been there longer, I think it would have become bothersome

Everything was perfect really.Beautiful resort!

Only issue was this: there is usually specific timing for breakfast ,lunch and dinner,but if you arrived the last one hour (breakfast is until 11 ,if you arrive at 10)٫ thereis nothing left and also the staff already started to empty everything! also other issue is most of them dont speak english,even one word. so this food situation is really annoying and limiting ,dont forget this is ultra all inclusive resort but you cant get proper food after 10a.m,2pm and 9pm.

Almost everything is magnificent!

Awful cocktails on the bar. Margarita with two types of syrups? Remove syrups at all, make them perfect!! During oktoberfest, they gave out crawfish. I wanted to try just a little bit. I arrived half an hour after it started. But they were already out of crawfish! Although there were a million plates on the tables of every customer. It was very sad at the moment, so I left not happy. I wanted to go to the sauna/hammam in the evening, it was 40 minutes before closing. It was already cold in the hamam, only the sauna was working. I also asked for a towel - staff said that they were out of towels. Again I was deprived of something, what is wrong with me? Why do you make me cry:) I would say that iy

The beds are very comfortable. In the rooms you have free mini bar with drinks also bier inside. We had been offered in the room some wine and fresh fruits at first day. Nespresso machine is also available with free coffee to make. All furnitures are new. Animation team do lots of sport activities many times in a day.

The staff can't speak enough Turkish (local language) It is a burden for Turkish people to order properly. Few times we received a false order. Other then that they were smiley, polite and helpful.

Inclusivity, and the location was convenient for tours throughout Türkiye. I was happy there was water and pomegranate (nar) juice available in coolers for easy access. This was extremely useful to make sure we were hydrated. The buffet was excellent!! All meals were delicious and there were plenty of options.

I booked a Seaview with early check in but my view was a building a d no early checkin available. Unfortunately the beach was not as clean as I would have liked, there was trash floating in the water, which was disappointing.

Hotel is very compact but has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Team is very helpful and attentive. Food choices were great and cats add an extra charm 😊

Entrance to the water at the beach is very rocky and is a little uncomfortable at first. Otherwise no complaints at all
