Staff was amazing. Room was clean and view from the window fantastic. We couldn't ask for more.

Food was great but could be more vegetarian options and fish. I love fish and kitchen staff need more practice how to cook it. But you definitely can find what to eat and enjoy your meal.

Location was great, close to the beach, just need to cross little road. Nice view on mountains. We had spacious room with beautiful view. My vegetarian+fish food was okay, sometimes very tasty. But wide selection, so pretty good.

Good food (big buffets with many vegetarian options), everything included (even cocktails), they helped us to find a transfer last minute. There were no annoying sales people at the beach, staff was helpful and mostly kind. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. No one tried to upsell room or drinks, truly all inclusive!

Pretty noisy until 11pm (sometimes later), but we could still sleep early. Most staff barely spoke English/German (although we had no problems with that), many guests from Russia (loud and drunk, one guy smoked inside and was not removed by staff). It was hard to find hotel facilities (there are no signs in the hallways)

Staff was friendly and very helpful Location was great. Beach was close by, literally a minute walk from the swimming pool just across the road. Beach area had a bar which was nice Spa was great. I personally enjoyed massage every day of my stay with Rouslan. Great hands and skills. Food choice was great. Plenty of variety, including Asian dishes. Bed was firm and comfortable. Rooms had balconies. Wifi was decent

Cleanliness level. In the room I was not satisfied with the bathroom cleaniness. The shower itself should have been thoroughly cleaned. In between tiles there was mould and foul smell. Dust was also not dusted in certain areas. If you are coming to rest and sleep perhaps ask for a room not facing inwards as the entertainment goes on till about after 11 But honestly the hotel has heaps more advantages

Too hot in the lobby of 4th and 5th floors. If I'm not mistaken air condition is not functioning.

I really liked the food and coziness. Also beach is huge and clean. Kid was playing in the sand.. The best thing was hammam and massage in spa center.

I didn't like entertaimant for kids. It was the same every dan. Food was tasty but the offer was the same almost every day. Pool was not clean, especially for kids, full of sand.

Generally speaking the staff were nice. But they definitely need training on people skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving, English, and so on. Especially managers and reception people. I was surprised why people in the front line were either poorly trained or not caring. Maybe they need to get paid more. I am a tour leader here in US. Per my experience, people are not bad, you just need to get the best out of them.

The hotel and everything excellent very good location next to beach Shops located within 200 metres very excellent I can highly recommend this place.

I liked everything from the staff to the food to the hotel, the room, the view, the service, the animation team (Murat, Ahmed, Antonio,the girls...) even Hassan's market was perfect,a big thank you for every one for their services it was excellent.

1.Lack of English language 2.Not finding my towel (Ru tourists threw our towels to take our place ) ps: not the hotel mistake.
