Despite a few negative reviews I saw on Booking, everything was perfect. Everything was clean, the food was very good, and everything was organized excellently. What we enjoyed the most were the events organized every evening — the guys in charge of them are very dedicated and do it with passion. We especially liked Rza Jr., because he speaks English very well, makes you feel good, and is very friendly. Our experience was great, from the first day to the last. We wish we had spent more days there — the experience made us fall in love with Turkey, and we will definitely come back.

There’s only one thing I would change: I would organize more Turkish-themed parties. Some activities were in Russian due to the large number of tourists from there. However, I believe we should keep in mind that people come to the hotel for a complete Turkish experience.

Location, food , staff and cleanliness were great. Pool was wonderful, beachfront was fabulous. Beds were to hard and gave us backache but the massage at the hotel was great and got me back to normal everyday ( great price). For a fraction of the price of neighbouring hotels this is a little gem. We were the only UK guests mostly Russian, Ukraine and Turkish but everyone made us welcome and loads of staff spoke English . Needs more entertainment but location and beach surroundings were amazing , sea was warm and people were in it until evening. Worth a try if in this area.

Hard beds

This is an excellent location for Russian speaking tourists as everyone speaks it. It is a very convenient location as there is a shop adjacent to the hotel and the Beach is a flight of stairs away from the bar/buffet. It's family friendly and does not entertain trouble makers. There is people of all ages staying and there is activities for everyone to try. The staff, especially the receptionists are extremely helpful in facilitating any request and query you might have. The animators are friendly and are easy to talk to. For the price I was amazed at what they had to offer. From food buffets open nearly all day to the bar being free to use.

The rooms were a little outdated and could use some renovating, the mattresses are tough which can be a plus for some people. As I am a frequent gym goer I was disappointed to see the poorly maintained gym but it did have the bare minimum.

A huge thank you to the hotel for reading, considering, and fulfilling all our requests. Check-in was professional and quick (respect to the reception staff Ruslan and Soner – polite and friendly.) Since my trip was for business, i were looking for a hotel that offered maximum comfort for a minimal price – and i were pleasantly surprised. For a relatively small budget, the hotel provides very good service. A big plus – it's right on the beach, has great entertainment (again – keep in mind it's a budget 4-star hotel). The atmosphere is very homely and cozy – everything is close by, it honestly feels like you're staying at a relative’s countryside house! Yes, the rooms are small and could use some renovation, but personally, that didn’t bother me. There's a bathroom, a bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe – all good! Of course, don’t expect a huge variety of food and drinks, but what’s offered is enough to eat, drink, and even enjoy yourself a bit! The only suggestion would be for the chef to improve the quality of the meals – some dishes were simply inedible. There’s no need for three bowls of mixed salad that's going sour – better to add another hot dish instead. The juices could also be of better quality. But that’s just my opinion. There’s also a SPA – quite nice treatments at a reasonable price. I booked the hammam and three massages – and i really enjoyed them. Overall, i had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. If you keep in mind that it’s a budget-friendly place and don’t set your expectations too high – this is the place for you! the one downside was the Wi-Fi, especially in the rooms. The connection was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected or get work done when needed. Improving the Wi-Fi would bring the resort’s services in line with its otherwise high standards. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my time and would recommend the resort

Really nice staff working and they where really attentive. The beach is really nice. And the food was really good.

We didn’t like that nobody explained to us what we could use and when; so we had to ask in order to find out everything - and very few spoke English. And have an all inclusive hotel without include internet is ridiculous. Can you say that it’s “all inclusive”?
