the hotel was more than amazing! Very clean and well-organized, and the view was absolutely indescribable – truly breathtaking, mashallah. The staff were extremely polite and professional, always smiling and incredibly helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Abdulrahman, and Mr. Hosni for their kindness and warm hospitality. Getting to the hotel from Trabzon Airport takes about an hour and a half, and the drive itself is part of the experience! You pass through mountains and follow a river along the way, with beautiful natural scenery that makes every minute of the trip enjoyable – small waterfalls and peaceful surroundings that help you start your vacation in a relaxed mood. There are also some nearby attractions worth visiting: there’s a large waterfall about 15 minutes from the hotel, and the viewpoint there is simply refreshing! In addition, there are small villages around the area with breathtaking views of nature. I highly recommend renting a car for the entire trip – it’s much easier and more comfortable, and it allows you to enjoy every detail of the region without restrictions.

This place has a very special place in our heart. Me and my Mrs celebrated our honeymoon here and the level of hospitality by Hadeer and the team was top notch. But the most emotionally connecting experience was making friendship with the dog there. Her name is Neriman and she literally used to guard us the whole time when we went for walks down the mountains. I just cannot express how calm and serene the atmosphere there was. It was unmatchable. I am definitely a returning guest but only if the dog is kept safe and secure because she has played a huge part in making us feel connected emotionally and making the vibes of the hotel 10 times better. I will attach pictures of that dog with me & I have a special request to the owner to please safeguard her because I wish to see her again very soon!

The suits were huge and very clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager ‘Abdullah’ is a professional and lovely guy and he went beyond the call of duty in helping us booking our return ticket. They made sure we had a enjoyable stay! We also had a lovely surprise at the end! The hotel has a great breakfast routine including the local Kuymak. We loved it! ‘Ayhan’ and the other chef made sure we were served this local delicacy every morning. The hotel doesn’t normally serve dinner, but since we hadn’t rent a car to drive to the nearby restaurants, the kitchen provided us with great dinner as well! All in all, we had an amazing stay there! I highly recommend this accommodation, if you want an authentic winter experience in the mountains of the Black Sea. The views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the daily walks! The scenery is exceptional!

Everything, the hotel, the location, the people working there.. the location is a little far from the city (around 1h30 by car) but it's marvelous, very beautiful up in the mountain surrounded by nature. Every day was like a new adventure for us to discover and see new waterfalls/lakes and mountain scapes. If you come here you definitely need a car to be able to enjoy the surroundings, unless you just want to relax in the hotel, which is also a good option because the hotel is surrounded by beautiful views. The staff was friendly and generous, they treated us with a tea set/pot in our room's balcony. Hope to come back soon.

The room was spacious, room interior was nice, bathroom were clean, view was very beautiful over the mountains and hills. Good to have the balcony. Restaurant food was delicious. The dogs especially Nirma was very friendly and protective for guests. She used to accompany us when we used to walk near the river. Receptionist Ahmed was very helpful and welcoming.

On one day, for a good part of the day there was no electricity so we had to take the stairs to the fourth floor which was a hassle. They should have pedestal fans so air circulation could be better in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the toilet. Free breakfast should include omelet station or at least an omelet of your choice. Prices could have been a bit lower.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast, beautiful view; it is actually atop the mountain. Very clean. Comfortable. Huge room and bathroom. Lovely food. They got us tea and fruit fo free. We went in winter, so there was much snow, but I am 100% sure summer will be breathtaking.

There are not many things around. No restaurants, and it is almost 1 hour and 30 minutes from the city. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and plan day trips elsewhere. Beacuse it is far, kind of costly to go to the town unless you go with the bus. Taxi to the town and back cost 65$.
