The suits were huge and very clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager ‘Abdullah’ is a professional and lovely guy and he went beyond the call of duty in helping us booking our return ticket. They made sure we had a enjoyable stay! We also had a lovely surprise at the end! The hotel has a great breakfast routine including the local Kuymak. We loved it! ‘Ayhan’ and the other chef made sure we were served this local delicacy every morning. The hotel doesn’t normally serve dinner, but since we hadn’t rent a car to drive to the nearby restaurants, the kitchen provided us with great dinner as well! All in all, we had an amazing stay there! I highly recommend this accommodation, if you want an authentic winter experience in the mountains of the Black Sea. The views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the daily walks! The scenery is exceptional!

This place has a very special place in our heart. Me and my Mrs celebrated our honeymoon here and the level of hospitality by Hadeer and the team was top notch. But the most emotionally connecting experience was making friendship with the dog there. Her name is Neriman and she literally used to guard us the whole time when we went for walks down the mountains. I just cannot express how calm and serene the atmosphere there was. It was unmatchable. I am definitely a returning guest but only if the dog is kept safe and secure because she has played a huge part in making us feel connected emotionally and making the vibes of the hotel 10 times better. I will attach pictures of that dog with me & I have a special request to the owner to please safeguard her because I wish to see her again very soon!

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the food was delicious, full of flavor and clearly made with love. 🍽️ A special shoutout to the manager, Hüsni, who made all the difference. His warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. 🙌

Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast, beautiful view; it is actually atop the mountain. Very clean. Comfortable. Huge room and bathroom. Lovely food. They got us tea and fruit fo free. We went in winter, so there was much snow, but I am 100% sure summer will be breathtaking.

There are not many things around. No restaurants, and it is almost 1 hour and 30 minutes from the city. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and plan day trips elsewhere. Beacuse it is far, kind of costly to go to the town unless you go with the bus. Taxi to the town and back cost 65$.

The hotel was clean and the stuff (especially Mr.Suleyman) were great👍I loved its outstanding location and the service was superior. I was amazed by the hotel's owner caring and hospitality. I am looking forward to repeating this amazing stay experience there for sure.

We stayed in this hotel for one night only. It was very nice stay. The room was pretty big and a good value for money. The location is amazing - the hotel staying between the mountains with nothing around - so you can enjoy the nature fully. All the rooms have amazing views. The hotel has the restaurant downstairs and the big fireplace in the lobby. I want to admit the staff (there was one lady at the reception- she was very good, professional, polite, accommodative and spoke good English)

The only thing which we didn’t expect and like - the soundproofing was really bad. We heard everything our neighbors were doing - from talking, shouting to going to the shower and sneezing. I even woke up at night because the neighbors were talking really loud (shouting on each other) Please improve the soundproofing.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to, the nature there was just breathtaking. The hotel is located far away from city, surrounded by trees and nature and simple slow life, a great opportunity to escape the hustle of city life and disconnect for a little! The hotel rooms were nice and comfy and very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, overall, we all enjoyed it a lot!

The room that contained the jacuzzi needs better ventilation, especially its bathroom. But it’s nothing too bad!

it is located on the top of the mountain and a good place for honeymooners, writers or those who needs healing away from city. the weather is cold on this day. the furnitures are in a very high quality from the bedrooms to the dining areas. very recommended. çok güzel.

it took 50mins from Arakli (the nearest city centre) to here. we're very lucky as the hotel staff helped us book a driver (mini van) for 300tl/person to the hotel. the driver here is very friendly, it is worth the trip.

Overall a great place to retreat into the mountains and take a breather away from city life. Views: The views were stunning. Our room faced the road and we could see the stream and the endless trees. You could sit at the balcony or the sofa and watch the view. Room: The room was more like a suite with a little sitting area, a balcony and then the room with an en suite toilet. The size was great. Amenities: Amenities were great too. Soap and shampoo provided. Mini fridge was working. Hangers provided. They provide a hose in the toilet instead of the normal bidet. Bed: The bed was very comfortable. Staff: The young lady wearing a hijab who attended to us could speak English and was very nice. We had to check out early the next day and asked if we could have breakfast earlier, which they kindly agreed to. Food: The breakfast was a delicious Turkish breakfast. They will prepare scrambled eggs, fries/wedges and some sort of pancake along with a bread basket, cheese and spreads. It will be very filling. The restaurant is open till 11pm if you require lunch or dinner.

If you are hoping to explore Trabzon from this hotel, it is not advisable to as it takes 1.5 hours just to get from here to the main city. We had also hung the notice for our room to be cleaned but it was not.
