The staff were so nice. The design of the rooms was great. Hotel's restaurant had very delicious foods.

We encountered a bad luck as we arrived hotel the water supply was cut off in the town. This was a bad luck and something not related to the hotel but we were out of water until 8p.m. despite the hard try of the staff to call the municipality. The only problem is the road to access the hotel. The staff take all your luggage, but consider walking a 5-minute sloping road to access the hotel which can be snowy and slippery if you travel in winter.

The room was very spacious the view was magnificient. The hospitality was excellent. The hotel is locates in the middle of village. Close to the market over looking at the waterfall. The hotel is clean breakfast was decent and genorous. Very welcoming hospitality special thank for Yousif he was very nice and helpful.

They need to work on room's sound proof . Our neigbours were very noisy. We could hear them fighting early morning.

We visited Turkey more thank 7 times . We usually stay 1 month in our holiday. I can say that our stay in Ayder Villa was the best stay we have ever expericned! * The limba and King suites come with a large cinema screen ( you can watch Netflix like in Cinema in Arabic,Turkish, or other languages). There is a Jacozi bath inside and a large double bed which come with an electronic massage as well!! . The best thing in the two suites is the marvelous view of ayder!! .. around full wall of glass showing you the view ! You don't need to go outside to see, you can enjoy the view while in bed,jacozi, or cinema! * The location of the villa is just perfect from all aspects. This is because you are close and you can go by foot to restuarants, supermarkets, and even ATM (cash machines , which are just at the left side of the villa when you go down). * The two staff memebr : Khaled Alwan and Ali are just amazing ! We felt like if we are with our family. They were excsptionally amazing , respectfull, and helpfull. Just no questions about that. We acually felt bad on the day we have to leave, we hoped if we were able to stay more !

I didn't like the fact that you have to leave this amazing villa at the end of the day !!

Clean Rooms with extremely friendly staff. everyone is willing to go above and beyond. location is great with amazing views. Good breakfast in house and very welcoming throughout the day with tea and coffee. Very friendly team. They assisted us with tours and organising taxis. We checked in a little late and received a phone call from the hotel checking in on us to see if we were okay which I found very nice. We also received pop corn on a night where we were watching a movie in our room which was a very nice gesture.

everything was great. not a lot of soundproofing but this is expected from these types of homes.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel's location, view, cleanliness, comfort is at the highest level. We have been in the Black Sea region for 4 days, the best hotel we stayed in, the best view. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. breakfast is adequate

The hotel can be reached by a parallel walking path of 50 meters. Not suitable for the elderly or those with walking problems. But the view is great

The people working there always give you a warm welcome. The location has nice views and is near the many shops of Ayder. Breakfast was nice.

Occasionally you can smell cigarette smoke in the room, despite it being nonsmoking hotel.

The view is amazing, very confortable room and the staff ( especially Mahmoud who's everywhere + check in luggages, breakfast with a big smile) were friendly and helpful

Later on night you cannot find hot water, the access is maybe difficult for elderly people and special needs

Water was stopped for a while, early morning they turned off hearers so the room became very cold, however the guy was very helpful and immediately turned on the fire place, overall it was nice experience.

Laith and Sait are two amazing staff members who are extremely helpful and supportive. They make the experience more enjoyable!

Access to the hotel is very hard, you need to climb on a narrow mountain road, no elevator in the facility and it makes things challenging to move freely back and forth to the hotel.

The hotel is nice the views and the room were amazing

the staff were nice but clearly understaffed everything was taking time because of that. the other issue i faced is that the hotel is not on the street so you need to walk up the hell to reach it which was not convenient when it was raining and we and our luggage's got wet.
