We were a bit skeptic about this hotel when we read all reviews, but we had a wonderful time at this place. Room isn’t new, but it’s mostly well maintained and huge. I mean we had kind of living room with a kitchen, huge bathroom, separate bedroom and small corridor and large terrace. Some parts of the kitchen needs renovation, but everything was functional. Two AC’s, fridge, comfortable bed, more than enough sockets, all necessary toiletries, basically everything we needed. The cleaning ladies are doing the great job by keeping this huge place clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options, large swimming pool just 4 minutes walk from the beach, hotel owns small aqua park, we had a parking for our motorcycle. Altogether our impression was that place is great and most important, it’s far enough from center nightlife, so we, as early birds, slept well.

What I can say is that everyone is committed to make sure each single client is taking care of. Ilkay Front office manager is always ready to do the extra mile to help . Bahadir F&B manager always making sure you like the food and everything is ok . Ibrahim F&B assistant always here to support even if not related to his department of work . Erring night réceptionniste or guardian angel of the hotel . Honestly what a great team ..! If I come back to this hotel it would be only for the amazing team .

The cleaning isn’t amazing , they don’t wash your dishes from the plates or glasses you have available in the room . Beside changing bed sheet and not great floor moping they barely clean the rest . You have to be in the room with them to tell them to clean properly . Gümbet beach is so dirty I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to swim there so consider that the hotel has only pool .

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are beautiful and staff were really helpful when I requested a room change. The food you can order is absolutely delicious and beyond affordable. The location is great, you can walk along the beach or spend the day at the pool or make your way into Bodrum Centre. Breakfast was okay, some days the selection was better than others, the food generally was not warm unless you ordered a fresh omelette but they do offer pancakes which was a popular choice and this never ran out which was good of staff to keep an eye on. I would definitely return!

- Very clean; the bedrooms and bathrooms are clearly newly furnished to a high standard - Enjoyable atmosphere by the pool with refreshments available until at least 8pm each evening. - Enjoyed breakfast but there could be more variety - Close proximity to the beach and restaurants (walking distance)

- You have to pay additional for WiFi - They do not offer irons; you have to pay extra to outsource this which I felt was a bit ridiculous. The staff don’t help you arrange this so it can be a bit of a faff. I’d recommend getting your ironing sorted from day 1 as they cannot always return the clothes on the same day. - Lack of AC within reception and lobby. - Staff at reception not the most welcoming. However, staff at breakfast and at the pool are lovely.

Room was very clean and nice. Everything new and fresh. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I was shocked that in 2025 I have to pay for wifi and safe box in the room. To have a sunbeds next to swimming pool you have to awake at 4 am may be to put towel on it and go to sleep again, because if you come at 8 all sunbeds will be busy. Meanwhile just random people not from a hotel also were coming at night putting towels and enjoying their time, but people from hotel couldn’t get sunbeds because they came 10 am. Met family of 6 who was not staying at the hotel but using swimming pool and sunbeds every day. Hotel staff should control this by giving some bracelets ot at list checking room and family name.

The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. It is big resort and it felt spacious. We had a family room and it was super confortable for our 10 day stay. The bus stop was outside to go to Bodrum $1 and every afternoon we walked along Gumbet beach front. Waterslides were fun and the pool area is big with alot of beds. Loads of kittens for cute factor. Housekeeping daily kept the room spotless and fresh. Restuarants along Gumbet Beach have sunbeds (free if you eat there)

Both issues really no fault of the hotel: There was motorbike festival on one weekend we stayed and it was loud all night. The coffee machine broke at breakfast on the morning before we left.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bodrum. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The cleaning service was excellent—our room was spotless every day, making it feel fresh and welcoming each time we returned. The apartment itself was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on the right note. One thing to note is that the WiFi comes at an extra charge (€3 per day), but it was manageable. The hotel is also in a great location, with a bus stop directly in front of the building that offers frequent service to Bodrum center, making getting around very easy. While the beach is nearby, I’d rate it about a 6/10—it’s convenient but not the highlight of the stay. Overall, a well-located and comfortable place to stay, with excellent service and a fantastic breakfast to enjoy!

Everything was top class . Spotless accommodation and very well equipped. Great shower. Rooms cleaned daily. Pool area fantastic and water slides available morning and afternoon. Food was so fresh and well prepared. Staff professional and friendly. Can't recommend highly enough

Fabulous hotel . Like having your own apartment. We had large separate bedroom with tv and living room with sofa and another tv and really well planned layout with bunkbeds behind sofa so you don’t notice them and so cosy to sleep in we all wanted to sleep there instead of bedroom. Bathroom was amazing. Brilliant kitchen area with bench table and stools around and large fridge with hob and microwave. Lots of full length mirrors with lots of places to plug things in. I had just come from staying in very expensive 5 star hotels in another country and this apartment was by far better ! Also breakfast was amazing and well set out with a guy cooking fresh eggs how you want them ( fried , scrambled, omlette, menemen etc) so there was none of the congealed cold eggs you get at other places . Kept bringing out fresh crossaints from the oven . Coffee machine with lovely coffee choices and a girl making Turkish tea and pouring out fresh juice. It is the most organised well thought out hotel I have ever been. Pool lovely and another pool with slides for kids and there is an old guy walking round who keeps the area tidy and finds you a sunbed if you haven’t got one . Right next to beach out the door next to swimming area. Dolmush to Bodrum is right outside front of hotel or 4 min walk into gumbet centre. If you go don’t miss the hamam and spa in the hotel. Had the best masssage ever and well worth every penny . I would 100% recommend this hotel . You will not be disappointed

Location very central but just enough distance away from the main strip for some quiet time too. 5-10 mins walk via beach or road. Staff excellent. Food very nice. Pool fantastic. Facilities spotless. Supermarket 2 mins walk away and a bigger one 5 mins walk away. Nothing to fault. Had a wonderful time and will be back.
