Lovely place and the gardens are beautiful. Breakfast is second to none. The owners are lovely. The pool area is lovely & nice staff.

No shade around the pool and the parasols are unmovable so after about 3 hours in the morning we left the pool area for the garden where there is shade as it's heading temperatures wise towards 40 degrees daily so this is an issue! Beds are not comfy at all. It's quite noisy due to nature not much you can do about that of course! Seemed to be woken up really early on occasions by birds that seem to be living or nesting in the roof parts? I mean it's deafening. Would netting on the roof help to stop this?

Lovely grounds. Excellent location right on river, own pier, all manner of hammocks and outdoor furniture by river from which one can watch sunsets etc. Very tasty and extensive breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Multiple choice of pools. Apartments are an excellent value for a long-term family stay. Easy walk into town, ten minutes max.

Not a complaint, but be aware that if you stay in the hotel rooms you get free breakfast, but if you stay in the apartments you pay for the breakfast. Be aware that the hotel part of Asur and the apartment part of Asur is separated by a two or three minute walk. The apartment complex is fully in Turkish style with white walls and lots of wood, which some might not like. Limited power outlets inside the rooms. The cocktails from the pool bar we tried seemed weak and certainly were overpriced for Dalyan

The stunning setting and the well established gardens and planting as well as the jetty and riverside location. The pool is also a good size with lovely views of the swaying palm trees, the mountains and the river. The staff team are all happy to help to ensure a happy holiday. We enjoyed lots of laughs with Murat at the bar and the rooms, although quite small, are comfortable & have everything you need including a hairdryer, kettle, fridge & safety deposit box.

The only thing that could improve this would be if the restaurant was open in the evenings. It’s not a problem as such as Dalyan has so many restaurants to offer but the setting is so perfect that I’m certain that many guests would choose to eat in especially after a long trip on a boat or a jeep safari etc, perhaps just opening the snack bar from 6-8pm would be enough.

The location whilst slightly out of town; 10 minute walk to nearest shop and restaurant, is simply stunning. The rooms are small but very well laid out, with fridge and kettle, as well as sockets where you need them. Sitting by the river is unbeatable. I love that there is no entertainment or “kids club”; Dalyan as a whole is more suited to the more mature guests appreciative of scenery and all nature has to offer. Asur is the epitome of this, the fact it provides a substantial breakfast with omelette or pancakes cooked to order is a bonus. Slightly more expensive £80 per night for bnb, than other riverside hotels, it is nonetheless excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike, after three days I managed to come with a suggestion to improve breakfast, namely increase the sweet selection but that was only because the manageress had asked for suggestions and I had to think really hard to come up with something!

Very traditional family run hotel Staff are very helpful and friendly

Rooms are on the small size and this limits the storage of clothing But none if this is a problem and if the rooms were bigger you may lose some of the ambience of the property

The location was quiet, beautiful and within easy access of the local amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive and very welcoming. The facilities, clean and plentiful. A jetty at the river’s edge proved a regular feature in our daily routine as we would feed the fish from here, and we even saw a loggerhead turtle visit on two occasions!

It was such a shame on checkout, that the staff member took an extortionate amount of time to arrive, so we could finally settle our account (she was out of the area?) We were waiting from midday (we had however, asked if we could stay on site until our airport transfer at 1700 and use the hotel facilities; and this was agreed) The the staff member turned up at 1620

I booked this due to a cancelled flight home, at 930pm, when I arrived they said our room we had booked wasn't ready yet but they had another, albeit only 1 bedroom + a sofa bed, but this met our needs and was more than manageable with 2 adults and a 6 year old. the staff were brilliant, helped us with our bags, water in the room etc. the pool and other guests around it were really friendly and everyone was polite.

Great spot, paid a high nightly rate but I booked it at the last minute, after another hotel cancelled my booking as I goit on the plane to Turkey. Good breakfast, bar food was really good and reasonably priced.

Beds are very hard.

The team , the service, the jetty , the excellent menemen made for us personally by the chef. The managers are very approachable and genuinely want you to enjoy their beautiful hotel. They are also kind to all the street animals also.
