Hotel located on Dalyan Strait , lovely view of the strait , tombs in the rock face , boats travelling up and down . Rooms were comfortable and clean Towels changed daily . Shower toiletries provided . Choice of breakfast items was good , not sure if this changes in peak season Water provided daily .

No tea/ coffee facilities - would be good to able to make a drink . Cotton sheets would be cooler in the heat . only one bedside light but didn't cause any problem .

Great value for money with exception reception, waiting and housekeeping staff - all super friendly and helpful. The Tezcan used to offer all inclusive but this season was B&B only. However, the hotel offers a great lunchtime and snack menu up to 6pm and drinks were very reasonably priced compared to the strip and other venues. The views from the poolside rooms were stunning. On my last day I was hospitalised with torn knee ligaments. The hotel manager gave us great advise on what to do and where to go and arranged everything for us. The hotel manager also kindly allowed us to stay in the room until our flight. We can never thank the management and her team enough.

The location is amazing. The front rooms with the river view overlook the ancient Lycian Tombs carved into the mountain which is breathtaking. Staff were great very helpful. Rooms are a good size. Pool is nice. You are also a short walk from many cafes restaurants & shops.

The aircon wasn’t working very well. Took a long time to cool the rooms down. You can tell the hotel must have been amazing in its day but all a little tiered now.

A very comfortable non corporate hotel with friendly staff. The vista from the room balcony was exceptional so definitely worth paying a little extra for accommodation with a riverside view. Would absolutely stay here again on any future visit to Dalyan.

There was nowhere in the hotel where I could charge my mobility scooter's battery overnight. The stairs were a bit of a problem. There was no hot water. It was luke warm at best.

Great staff especially Michel working so hard behind the bar and in the kitchen.Lovely room but the rooms overlooking the river would be worth paying the extra.

Breakfast very basic but that is what you come to expect for Turkish breakfast.

Great swimming pool and the location was great overlooking the river. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and willing to sort any problems out .

The outside seating area for breakfast could have a better surface rather than just dirt.

There was no lift so you only had to take stairs to get up and down and it was not good for us because we had a baby stroller but we could place it downstairs anyway so it was not a big problem

The hotel had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was lovely, good variety for breakfast, WiFi worked fine. Our room was comfortable and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is very nice, lovely views and right in the centre near restaurants and bars.

The downside of being central was that it was noisy at night and early morning - it is very close to the mosque, bars playing music and the boats. The hotel rooms have a minibar fridge which had appealed to us but there are signs in the hotel saying you are not allowed to bring food and drinks in.
