location was great a little out of main town of fethiye but that is what I preferred, there are plenty of restaurants to choose close by. it is a lovely walk into the main town but it is about 45 mins for the able bodied. the staff were courteous and professional.

I am able bodied this hotel is not good for disabled or less healthier as there is no lift. however the staff were more than willing to help if needed. I went a little out of season so there was no evening meal option but they had just started to provide a lunch which I didn’t try but it seems reasonable when I discussed it with the staff. the bathroom had a few issues like the towel rail fell off the wall and the shower rail nothing that would have ended my stay but could do with some TLC

The location is just perfect - there is a park near the sea with a huge playground for children just 5 minutes' walking away; there are good restaurants just across the street (outstanding quality / price, Burger King); there is a big grocery shop just across the street. The hotel is 5 minutes away by car / taxi from the famous Calis Beach and you can call a taxi by pressing the button in the street. There are electric scooters that one can use.

The hours when swimming pool can be used are limited and in normal day it was useless (our son could swim while we do breakfast - but it opens at 10am, also we would use it to relax at the evening but it was already closed - 7pm). The breakfast is below Turkish standard.

We had a lovely time at this hotel and will definitely go back. It is situated in lovely peaceful gardens it has an amazing warm swimming pool and it is not overcrowded always plenty of sun beds and brollys a lovely place to come back and chill after a hectic day.

The situation wasn’t great half way between fethyie and chalis beach so you needed bus or taxi but they are so regular and cheap it’s not a massive problem. The hotel is basic and could do with improvements but it is functional and it’s charm outwayed what needed upgrading.

Location is spot on. Buses run nearby, plenty of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance and the area is flat. There is a lovely patisserie a few doors down and chemists are also nearby. The pool is beautiful and the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Family run and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is Turkish style with beautiful yogurt made in house. Our room overlooked the pool area and the garden. The beautiful lemon blossom perfume was everywhere. The pool was very clean and well tended. In the room was a small fridge with an icebox, this was a very good facility. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket where you can buy drinks and snacks etc. The fridge is also good if you need to keep medication cold. There is wi-fi and also a TV although I only found 3 news chanels in English. I think all the others were in Turkish. There are family dogs around in outside areas, they are well controlled but just in case this bothers anyone. As an added bonus the Sunday market is a short walk away and a real treat as is the park, which is a short walk the other way. Plenty of ATMs nearby too.

It did not bother us but there is bit of noise from traffic when sitting outside, although when the doors and windows were closed we could not hear it. Wi-fi was a bit spotty but improved if I moved a bit, could have been our room. There was a kettle in the room but no cups etc.

Location is excellent, halfway between Calis and Fethiye, opposite the Sehit Park which is lovely to visit any time of the day and is a lovely walk to Fehiye if you don't want to take the dolmus, Calis beach is only a 15 minute walk. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and takeaways where the food is more authentic and reasonably priced compared to Calis. The large garden at the rear is a lovely oasis, not many places have such a nice Garden, it lives up to its name. Breakfast is traditional Turkish, with fresh seasonal produce. Would be good to have some pastries and croissants for a change. Alternatively you can have breakfast a couple of doors down at a popular restaurant.

I will be going back so don't have anything to complain about, for us it was a nice family run hotel that serves breakfast. Also they have a fantastic large pool that I have enjoyed when I went last June but was not warm enough when we went (end April, early May) but if that does not bother you, great for swimming.

Breakfast was amazing, it's the same every day but it's quite diverse and can fit what most people like. Wi-Fi was surprisingly super fast, at around 12.5MB/s, allowing anyone to work there if needed. The hotel is very clean, everything was super tidy and there was daily cleaning in the room, refreshing towels and washing the floors sometimes. You can also use laundry service, for only 100 lira. The location is good but not the best - reaching the city centre on foot can take a long time. However, you can take the minibus which gets you to the city centre easily. The outside area of the hotel is just a normal road, not very pretty, but the hotel is well designed and inside it looks completely different from the area around it. There are also a couple of good restaurants around it, especially Alo24 where you can try Turkish cuisine for very cheap prices. The bar inside the hotel also has some more western food at very affordable prices and is very tasty, as well as good portions. The pool has a good depth of 1.5m and is very pleasing to spend the day there. Overall, the hotel was super great, very comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming and nice. They can help you with anything!

The bathroom lights are a little bad, one of them was only working sometimes, so sometimes you had to be there in the dark. The hotel allows smoking anywhere outside, which caused some discomfort among us given that we were non-smoking guests. One time, the bar played music until very late, so we couldn't sleep much that night.

Location was good, near the center and bus station from where buses go to major destinations. It takes some time to walk to calish beach and restaurants around it. Room was clean and quiet. All the staff were amazingly helpful and kind, especially Asli hanim is such a nice person.

The Hotel is really nice,the breakfast is the best,The stuff are very helpful,parking no problem infront of the hotel,lots of places were to eat nearby,and BIM supermarket few meters away.

If you don't like walking it can be a problem for you to reach the old town coz it's about 3.5km away,I was fine I went backwards and forward around 6 times in my 2 day stay

This hotel grounds are so beautiful - many plant varieties; lush, green, colorful. What we also enjoyed was the original art throughout the hotel, The artist is part of the hotel family. The pool was beautiful - very enjoyable for the hot days we were there. And, the breakfast was plentiful with creative dishes that changed each day. This hotel is an incredible value. We also had our laundry done during stay. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, ATM's, a good size grocery store, taxi service, etc. We took the taxi into Fethiye - to the old town, less than $10. There is also a wonderful waterside walking path that takes you to old town if you feel like walking. Plus a large park water side.

Loved the pool which is is very large and cleaned everyday along with poolside and breakfast area, which is very impressive as I have stayed in apart hotels where it is done weekly. The hotel lives up to its name and is set in lovely lush gardens that were in bloom and maintained very well. The seating area is shaded and the perfect place to enjoy a lovely Turkish breakfast that was varied on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned daily and bedding/towels changed regularly, beds very comfortable. Refurbished roomy bathrooms, a lovely family run hotel where the staff are very helpful if you need anything but not overbearing. We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed delicious food on road the hotel is situated, lovely pastry house next door for late night drinks and dessert. The newly developed park is over the road and perfect for families and early morning walks or late night strolls, Calis beach is a short walk up the road which we went to most nights to watch the stunning sunsets.
