Had such a lovely week at Hotel Delta. Perfect location, what a view from our balcony! Definitely recommend the sea view rooms. Best thing was probably the staff; in the restaurant and on reception. So friendly, helpful and just lovely. Special thank you to the fabulous Zǔleyha on reception! And the lovely lady in charge at breakfast, sorry I didn’t get a name. But what a lovely warm welcome every morning. Thank you so much xx

I suppose a picky guest would notice some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit old, but everything was clean, the shower was fab and beds comfy. Plenty of space in our room too. Perfect for a week’s stay!

Great staff, especially at reception. The manager and Zulayah were the best, kind, understanding and helped me out when things did not go to plan with a taxi company, they really made the holiday so much better. The food is good, breakfast is a buffet, with a few odd choices but nice to eat. Very nice experience, with the bonus of a hotel stray cat who loves to chill after strolling. Next door to a shop for bits and bobs. I would go back for sure.

All was perfect.

Very comfortable room with perfect sea view, kettle, fridge, great shower with high pressure, good mattress. Very good Turkish style breakfast buffet with eggs or omelette made to order, fresh fruit and salads, cheeses, olives, yoghurt, cereales, different teas and filter coffee. All staff are very friendly, helpful and chatty, special thanks to the lady at reception, free beach towels are provided anytime. Perfect location right on the long seafront promenade with a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep, local buses and watertaxi to Fethiye also right in front of the hotel.

None of this is the hotel's fault but be aware that the beach is pebble, there are stray dogs everywhere and due to their barking and the central location of the hotel it can be quite loud at night time.

Great location in Calis beach with a wide choice of restaurants within easy walking distance (on the flat). Hotel breakfast and dinner excellent (def eat in restaurant. At least once). Staff friendly and helpful trying to please. English speaking rexeptionists and some waiting staff. All extremely charming. Great air con in room which was needed due to early season heat wave at 38 degrees. Beach directly opposite, take care when getting in. Only 45 minutes from Dalaman airport. There’s even two Hamman’s within 5 minutes walk. We hired bikes for 250 TL per day and arranged Hamman & airport transfers with Canadian(sic) tours which is next door but one to the hotel in the slip road directly opposite the bridge; left side from beach or right side from bridge. Very friendly man with excellent English and happy to explain options in as much details as you wish. Arrangements could not have been made easier.

We stayed at the rooftop terrace and it is truly magnificent - really spacious & well equipped with a hot tub, sun loungers + table & chairs... Bathroom was lovely with his & hers sinks & showers & a bathtub. Again all very spacious inside. Beautiful views from the balcony over the bay with spectacular sunsets. Breakfast was really good & the restaurant downstairs Bella Mamma's does lovely food of an evening... We loved it soo much we wish we'd booked for longer & will definitely return in the future 😀

We stayed for 1 night as a halfway stop from Dalaman airport to our main resort down the coast. The hotel is on a strip of city-beach with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops; so it's fairly lively but not disruptive or too noisy. The hotel is fairly straight up and basic, but good value - the rooms are clean and good size, and having a sea-view balcony is 100% worth the extra. Staff are kind and helpful - they didn't speak much English but used Google Translate to help us book an onward taxi!

The breakfast was pretty basic and limited, but there are cafes and coffee shops around the strip if you prefer to try something else. Can't complain for the money - this is a good value little spot!

I stayed with the family at the top floor room , the room, bathroom and balcony were all huge. The view is magnificent, overlooking the beach and sea. The property has direct access to Calis beach , which has a long walkaways throughout the beach filled with restaurants and shops, the location couldn’t be better. The room was spotless. Internet is stable and fast. Staff are so friendly and willing to help.

Housekeeping is not offered daily. We stayed for 4 nights and had housekeeping done once, despite requesting daily. Was not an big deal but worth noting.

Centrally located in calis, lovely and clean room, kettle / tea coffee / bottled water provided, fridge in room, to in room Bathroom modern and shower powerful, balcony. Breakfast Good quality with plenty of choice, attentive staff

Noise from other rooms , not sure if it was someone's door making a noise when opened, but it sounded like an earthquake when opened middle of the night ! Woke me up each time (which was only couple of times) !

The staff were great. Very pleasant, helpful. Actually went that extra mile.Location is perfect.Breakfast really good. A sea view is just lovely . There were some downsides to this hotel but for us the hospitality made up for everything. For this we would stay there again.

The hotel is tired. A little more attention to cleanliness in the drawers etc . However the beds were immaculate and very comfortable. Would like an English TV Chanel

It was very close to the sea. We loved the balcony and sea view and sat out there often. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful. We wondered if the area might be too busy for us but it was great. We used the agent just outside the hotel (out main door, turn right, walk 10 steps) to hire a car for the day (we visited Kayakoy and drove down the coast) and for airport transport. He was very helpful and had lots of tours on offer. We were pleased we weren’t in the centre of Fethiye.
